During my more recent career, I have held the positions of Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager, Project Manager and am now UK warehousing Logistics Manager. I have substantial experience in boxed and hanging clothing FMCG, including dot com and International (multi-channel) operations. Key Achievements

Implementation of supply chain accuracy programme within Marks and Spencer, measuring accuracy from factory to store – business as usual accuracy team developed to monitor and instigate process developments.

Generated C. £1.5m savings through continuous improvement projects. Achieved 2007-2015 energy reduction target in UK warehouses. Streamlined processes and layout for several International sites, extending operational

timelines, removing requirement to spend on additional assets. Implemented new WMS, removing paper operation. Completed UAT, start up and training to all

managers. Generated £1m revenue stream through development of International processing database

with external customer.
