THE WHITWORTH’S
Hi! I am Greta Whitworth and this is my family. Chris and I have been married for sixteen years. We have two children. Garrett is fifteen and Kylie is seven. I am a full time student and I drive a school bus. I also substitute teach. We live on a farm in Madison County. We raise breeder hens, longhorn cattle, goats and sheep. Garrett loves the farm. He is the FFA Chaplain at Madison County High School. Kylie is a social butterfly and loves to play soccer and dance. We love our life in the country and we can’t imagine ever living anywhere else on earth!
I am familiar with Microsoft Word…but just for writing papers. I don’t know about all the extra things it has to offer. I have done a few basic power points. I know nothing at all about excel. I am pretty much computer illiterate. I like to learn and experiment on my own. I think that will be what I like most about this class. I
don’t know a thing about the wiki program. I am scared of it!! I don’t want to mess anything up! I always try to do

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US…

Every year in June or July we head to Myrtle Beach, S.C. We stay in Surfside. It is the best place on earth for us! We stay out on the beach all day. We play in the sand under the tent and play in the water. The kids love to look for shells with their dad.Late each afternoon, we go in and get readyto go out. We love to eat at Crabby Mike’s and Bubba’s Fish Shack. After dinner, we play mini-golf or go shopping at Broadway at the Beach. This is a special time for our family. We are so ready to go this summer!!
This is one of our many pets. Dixie is an Australian shepherd. On occasion, Chris will raise a litter of stock puppies. Dixie is a great mama dog. She had nine puppies in her last litter! Australian Shepherds make great family pets. We also have a house dog whose name is Max. He is a short haired Chihuahua. He
thinks that he is “muy macho!”
