SECTION 1. GENERAL

1.1 All Anaheim Futbol Club, Inc games shall be played under the current “Laws of the Game”published by FIFA, Us Youth Soccer, California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South), CoastSoccer League (CSL) subject to specific Club Rules and Regulations created by the Anaheim FutbolClub, Inc membership, the Rules and Regulations Committee and/or the Anaheim Futbol Club, IncBOD.

1.2 All Inter-League, State and National sponsored games shall be played under the rules of theofficiating organization.

1.3 It is the responsibility of the participating team to acquire information regarding thesecompetitions from the officiating organization.

1.4 Anaheim Futbol Club shall distribute the AFC Rules & Regulations to all team administrator(s) tobe familiar with AFC Rules and Regulations. Available on the websitehttp://www.anaheimfutbolclub.org/

1.5 Each Team Administrator is responsible for distributing the AFC Rules & Regulations to all playersand parents on their respective teams to be familiar with AFC Rules and Regulations.

1.6 Anaheim Futbol Club is responsible for posting a copy of the AFC Rules & Regulations on the ClubWeb Site.

1.7 The official name for Anaheim Futbol Club, Inc teams is Anaheim FC. The gender shall follow withthe abbreviation “B” or “G” and four digit year of birth “1999”. (Example Anaheim FC B1999 orAnaheim FC G1999). When more than one team exists in an age group a color “Black-2nd team, Red-3rd team shall follow the team name (Example Anaheim FC B1999 1st team, Anaheim FC B1999 Black2nd team, Anaheim FC B1999 Red 3rd team). Player Development Academy Teams shall have theabbreviation “PDA 2000”.

SECTION 2. TEAMS ADMITTANCE INTO AFC

2.1 All New Teams including Returning Teams requesting admittance into AFC for the new SeasonalYear shall submit a completed Team Application/Information Form.

2.2 ALL teams shall submit the application fee with the teams application/information form.

2.3 All new Teams must submit a resume/history/qualifications to the AFC BOD.

2.4 All teams shall submit a roster of committed players minimum (7) players for 11U-19U age groupsand (5) players for 9U-10U age groups.

2.5 Team(s) will be notified with the status of admittance or denial within 2 weeks after submittal ofteam application and player roster.

2.6 Incomplete forms may be returned in which case a decision on the Team’s acceptance shall bedeferred until completed forms have been received. Once team accepted, Player, AdministratorRegistration Forms and Club, Team and/or Player Fees must be submitted to the AFC Registrar on orbefore the date as specified by BOD.

2.7 TEAM’S STATUS WITHIN AFC WILL BE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

1. A New team is any team seeking membership with AFC that does not qualify as a Returning team.

2. A Returning AFC team will be defined as a team that:

a. Participated in CSL during the previous season as an AFC member team.

b. Has a minimum of seven (7) returning players for teams 11U-19U; five (5) returningplayers for teams moving to 9U-10U

c. Has a returning administrator with a valid pass.

3. For the purposes of this subsection a Returning Player is defined as any player who has a validPlayer Pass for the team in question.

4. The BOD may make an exception for Teams not meeting all the above requirements.

5. New Teams will be considered on probation for their first year in AFC. AFC BOD reserves the rightto deny admittance to New Teams.

6. No more than three (5) teams shall be permitted in any one age group by gender.

2.8 PRIORITY OF ADMITTANCE INTO AFC:

1. Returning Teams will be given priority in admittance to AFC. Teams must finish in the top half oftheir bracket by the end of their second season. The Competition Committee and/or BOD will reviewteams, which finish in the bottom half of their bracket after two years.

2. A determination will be made if the coach(s) and/or players should move into the recreation divisionfor additional training. If the team does not finish in the top half of their bracket after the first yearthe coach(s) will be consulted by the Club Training Coordinator and/or BOD to determine what action,if any, is necessary to further develop the team.

3. The Board of Directors may deny a returning Team’s admittance into AFC based on the Team’sviolation of AFC Rules and Regulations, League, State or National Association, or other organizationrules, or due to excessive disciplinary problems caused by members of the Team including but notlimited to the administrators, players, parents or spectators.

SECTION 3. TEAM, PLAYER DUES AND OTHER FEES

3.1 Team Application and Player fees shall be as determined by the AFC BOD prior to the each newseason.

3.2 Teams shall be considered in bad standing and shall not be allowed to participate in CSL League,League Cup, Tournaments, California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) State and/orNational competition until all outstanding fees and/or fines are paid.

3.3 Teams are responsible to collect Player Registration fees from players and submit them to the AFCRegistrar.

3.4 OTHER FEES

a. Coast Soccer League (hereafter “CSL”) fees are paid by each team.

b. CSL Performance Bond and other applicable fees shall be paid to AFC and processed directlyto CSL (or other appropriate gaming circuit) by the AFC Treasurer in order to assure timelycompliance with registration deadlines.

c. Tournament fees for AFC teams are paid directly by the teams to the hosting tournament.

d. State Cup and League Cup fees (where applicable) shall be paid directly by each team tothe appropriate entity (Cal South, CSL, or other).

e. Referee fees for League play, League Cup and State Cup shall be paid directly by each teamto the referee, as prescribed by the appropriate governing body (Cal South, CSL, or other).

SECTION 4. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILTY

4.1 All teams shall open and maintain a bank account with the specified Financial Institution asdirected by the BOD.

4.2 Each team’s income and expenses shall be deposited and accounted thru each team’s individualbank account with the exception of Sponsor Funds (See SECTION 14).

4.3 Teams must provide at minimum an annually accountability of all income and expenses unlessotherwise directed by the BOD and/or Treasurer.

4.4 Each team shall provide Bank Statements to the BOD and/or Treasurer when directed by the BODand/or Treasurer.

4.5 An annual summary report of all income and expenses shall be provided to the BOD and/orTreasurer.

4.6 Fiscal year shall begin on the first day of January and end on the last day of December in eachyear (Revised March 2012)

SECTION 5. AGE GROUPS

5.1 Age Divisions shall be comprised of players who are born on the first (1st) day of January orthereafter in that calendar year:

19 years of age 13 years of age18 years of age 12 years of age17 years of age 11 years of age16 years of age 10 years of age15 years of age 9 years of age14 years of age

SECTION 6. PLAYER, PARENT AND ADMINISTRATOR REGISTRATION

6.1 Teams that register with AFC will be subject to the following rules:

a. All players must complete the California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) PlayerRegistration forms. The player is registered from the moment the player or the player’sparent or guardian signs the registration form and/or pays the appropriate fees (CaliforniaState Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules & Regulations).

b. All players must provide proof of age documentation (per California State SoccerAssociation-South (Cal South) Rules and Regulations).

c. Players with Foreign proof of age must provide Foreign Document Translation forms.

d. All Players/Parents must complete the AFC Player - Parent Code of Conduct forms.

e. Each team may adopt a separate Parent Agreement. The AFC BOD shall approve suchAgreement.

f. All players must complete a Publication Release Waiver form.

g. A player identification card (Player Pass) shall be issued only on presentation of proof ofage in the form of birth certificate with a copy to the Registrar. Where birth certificates arenot obtainable, the AFC BOD shall determine and request documentation for proof of age.(Hospital, Baptism, and Religious certificates are not acceptable-Reference California StateSoccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules & Regulations).

h. One (1) current photograph (maximum size 2” x 1/2”) must be submitted to bepermanently attached to the Player Pass in the proper places. New Player Passes will beissued every year. Prior to lamination of the Player Pass the photograph shall be affixedand stamped with the appropriate AFC stamp per California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) rules and regulations.

i. All Administrators/Coaches/Trainers must complete a California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Program Administrator Registration Form. In order for a coach to directtheir team from the coach's box, hold practices that coach must possess a USSF coachinglicense as well as complete Cal South Risk Management Program. Furthermore, all coachesmust possess a coaching license - minimum "E" license.

j. Those Administrators/Coaches/Trainers not in compliance with the requisite coachingeducation and risk management requirements will not be able direct their team from thecoach's box, hold practices until the requirements are fulfilled.

k. All Administrators/Coaches/Trainers that receive monetary compensation from their teamsmust complete Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).

l. WAIVER OF INSURANCE. ALL Administrators/Coaches/Trainers waive any and all claimsagainst team and AFC to any form of workers compensation insurance coverage, orcompensation provided under federal, state, or local law, which affects employees andemployers. Administrator/Coach/Trainer further agrees to carry and provide its owninsurance for injury, sickness, or liability. As additional consideration for entering into thisAgreement, Administrator/Coach/Trainer expressly agrees to hold team and AFC harmlessagainst all losses, damages or claims, of whatever nature, arising out of the performanceof Team Administrator/Coach/Trainer work under this Agreement, including injuries topersons or property.

m. All Administrators/Coaches/Trainers must complete the AFC Administrator/Coach/TrainerCode of Conduct.

n. Each Administrator/Coach/Trainer who receives monetary compensation from the teamshall enter into a separate Term and Compensation financial agreement with the team.This Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with and governed by the laws of theState of California. Compensation: Securing the funds to pay compensation, if any,payable to the Administrator/Coach/Trainer will be solely the responsibility of the eachTeam. Attorney Fees: Reasonable attorney fees and court costs shall be awarded to theAFC and the Team on any suit brought by the AFC or the Team against the TeamAdministrator/Coach/Trainer to enforce the provisions of such Agreement.

o. The AFC BOD will first review Administrator/Coach/Trainer Term and Financial Agreementdisputes.

6.2 The AFC BOD may request, from any Member Team/Player, proof of age to be established.

6.3 A copy of the written request via mail and/or email will be directed to the California State SoccerAssociation-South (Cal South) BOD and the appropriate playing circuit league.

6.4 A written request via mail, email and telephone call will be directed to the Team Correspondent,with copies of the written request sent to the California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South)BOD and the appropriate league if other than AFC.

6.5 Proof of age shall be presented within seven (7) days of the date postmarked on the request sentto the Team Correspondent. Failure to respond to such request shall result in the immediatesuspension of the player involved and forfeiture of all league games in which the player participated(California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules & Regulations).

6.6 Any allegation or indication of Falsification of Documents will be turned over to the California StateSoccer Association-South (Cal South) Protests, Appeals and Disciplinary Committee for furtherinvestigation. If further investigation reveals proof, charges will be filed with the California StateSoccer Association-South (Cal South) PAD Committee requesting full prosecution.

6.7 In all Coast Soccer League (CSL) competitions, no AFC team may use a loan player from any otherteam.

6.8 A loan player is any player who plays for a team without being registered to that team pursuant toCalifornia State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules and Regulations.

SECTION 7. PLAY TIME AND PLAYING POSITION

7.1 Playing time and playing position on an AFC Team is not guaranteed.

SECTION 8. PLAYER RELEASE, TRANSFERS AND LOAN/GUEST PLAYER

8.1 Any player seeking release or transfer must be processed through the Cal South online Release &Transfer process: http://www.calsouth.com/en/release-transfer/

8.2 Any player seeking release or transfer for any reason except a move, which makes the commute,an unreasonable distance or injury (which prevents him from playing the balance of the season),there, will be no refund of any team fees.

8.3 Any player released for disciplinary (or misconduct) reasons may be subject to a California StateSoccer Association-South (Cal South) and/or CSL PDA before transferring to another team.

8.4 Player transfers within AFC from one team to another during the administrative year. In additionto California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) rules the following shall apply for interclubtransfers.

a. The administrative year is from the date the player signs with an AFC team to thefollowing calendar year on May 30th, after which new player cards are issued throughCalifornia State Soccer Association-South (Cal South). During that period the coach thatsigned the player has all rights to transfer or drop the player per California State SoccerAssociation-South (Cal South) Release and Transfer Rules and Regulations.

b. At the end of each season all players are free to go to any team within the AFC or anyother Club (End of season is after State Cup).

c. An appointed committee and/or AFC BOD must approve all inter-club transfers.

8.5 Every AFC registered player has the right to participate as a loan/guest player for other affiliatedteams during non-league play.

8.6 No AFC administrator or coach or manager shall refuse a player the right to participate with otherUSSF-affiliated teams as a loan/guest player and shall immediately tender the Medical Release Formand Player Pass upon verbal request by the player or the player’s parent or guardian (per CaliforniaState Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules and Regulations).

SECTION 9. FIELD ETIQUETTE

9.1 COACHING FROM THE SIDELINES IS PERMITTED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWINGCONDITIONS:

a. within ten (10) yards in either direction of the halfway line.b. Coaching shall be of a technical or tactical nature, consistent with the game of soccer, i.e.giving directions to one’s team on points of strategy and position.

c. The Team Administrator’s/Coach’s language and attitude shall be such that it is notconducive to misconduct or violence. It shall not result in verbal or physical abuse of thereferee on the part of the team/players, team administrators and/or spectators.

d. The Team Administrators/Coaches are responsible for their sidelines and they may receivesanctions because of inappropriate behavior from a spectator on their sidelines.

e. Credentialed Administrator/Coaches with USSF/USYS Coaching License and RiskManagement MUST have a USYS white laminated Coach/Administrator pass as per CaliforniaState Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules & Regulations to be within the technical area(the team bench). Such Credentialed Administrator/coaches MUST be on the sideline at ALLTIMES during the game, or the game will be forfeited by the team without thecoach/administrator. If a team that started the game meeting this requirement ceasesmeeting the requirement during the game due to any reason, i.e. administrator ejected, hadto leave, etc., they will immediately forfeit, and the game will be terminated. It is suggestedthat each team have at least two (2) licensed and registered coaches to avoid forfeiture due tothe absence of one of the coaches (California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South)Rules and Regulations).

f. Teams may be expelled from further competition for conduct unacceptable to the fieldpermit holder or the AFC BOD.

g. It is recommended each team have a first aid kit available at each game and practice.

h. Mechanical/electric audio devices, such as megaphones, noisemakers and walkie-talkies,shall not be used at any competitions.

i. All players, parents, administrators and spectators of each team must, where possible, stayon their respective side of the field (5 yards off the sideline) during games.

SECTION 10. CLUB COLORS, UNIFORMS AND PLAYER SAFETY

10.1 In order to establish a common identity within the club, uniforms will be the same for allAFC teams.

10.2 Uniforms shall include game jersey, alternate game jersey, shorts, and socks.

10.3 Game jersey will be predominately Red. Alternate game jersey will bepredominately White. Shorts will be predominately Red. Socks will be Red.Warm-ups, team bags, backpacks and all other clothing worn by each team may be considered part ofthe official uniform (Based on uniform contracts).

10.4 The AFC BOD, or the appointed Uniform Committee, will select all uniforms.

10.5 Teams are required to purchase selected uniform package from designated vendor.

10.6 Every two to three years the BOD will determine if new uniforms are needed.

10.7 The basic color scheme is not subject to change, once decided by the BOD.10.8 Teams shall replace uniforms on an as needed basis. Teams do not have to order new uniformsevery year if returning players uniforms are in good shape.

10.9 All Teams/Players must wear only AFC approved uniform packages at all scrimmages,tournaments and league matches.

10.10 Any exceptions/alterations to the standard uniform package must receive prior approval fromthe AFC BOD.

10.11 Any teams found violating uniform policies shall be subject to fines and/or disciplinary actions.

10.12 Each player participating in the game shall be in a complete AFC uniform, Jersey, Shorts, Sockswith permanent numbers six (6) inches or larger in a contrasting color.

10.13 No uniform may display a number larger than two (2) digits. Example: 99 is acceptable. 100 orhigher is not acceptable. Uniforms must be clean and presentable at the start of the game with shirtstucked in and socks pulled up over the shin guards. These requirements also apply to alternateuniforms.

10.14 The Goalkeeper of each team shall wear a shirt that does not resemble the shirt colors of eitherteam, as judged by the Referee.

10.15 All players must have an individual uniform number assigned at the beginning of the season,which does not change for the duration of CSL or any other gaming circuit competition seasonal year.

10.16 This number must be displayed on the player’s uniform during any CSL or any other gamingcircuit competition game in which they participate.

10.17 The AFC BOD must approve all advertisement (including sponsors) on uniforms.

10.18 PLAYER SAFETY

a. No player should be allowed to play in any regularly scheduled game with an injury that canbe aggravated by playing or which constitutes a danger to others.

b. A player must not use equipment or wear anything that is dangerous to himself or anotherplayer, including jewelry (FIFA Law IV).

c. Shin guards are mandatory for all players in practice, games and tournaments.

d. Infringement of these rules shall result in a formal warning by the BOD, and furtherinfringement will result in action by the BOD as determined necessary to maintain standardsset by AFC.

SECTION 11. NUMBER OF PLAYERS

11.1 9U-10U teams Fourteen (14) players on its roster at any given time.

11.2 11U thru 15U teams eighteen (18) players on its roster at any given time.

11.3 16U, 17U, 18U and 19U teams Twenty Two (22) players on its roster at any given time.

11.4 9U teams must have at least four (4) age appropriate players and said players MUST remain onthe team’s roster for the entire AFC/CSL League Season.

SECTION 12. FORFEITS, SUSPENSIONS AND FINES

12.1 The AFC BOD may fine, suspend and/or expel any member team or individual in any of thefollowing situations:

a. If such member Team/Individual shall refuse or neglect to fulfill any of its/their obligationsas a member, or violates any of the provisions of the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations ofAFC.

b. If such member Team/Individual shall commit any act which is determined to be contrary toor inconsistent with the principles and standards of good sportsmanship.

c. Being Sent-Off for a second time in a single season.

d. Failure to submit to an AFC BOD request for proof of age of any Player.

e. Behavior of an Administrator, Player or Spectator that encourages Referee Abuse, RefereeAssault or Non- Referee Assault, or any verbal abuse by the other Administrators, Players orSpectators.

12.2 A team may be subject to expulsion from AFC if it is found in violation of any of the following:

a. Non-payment of Team and/or Player fees, including dishonored checks.

b. Payment of team fines within fourteen (14) days of official BOD action.

c. Failure to show for a scheduled game.

d. Failure to present proper identification of players in the form of valid white laminated USYSPlayer Passes.

e. Inability to field seven (7) players [six (6) for U9-10] in good standing who are registeredto that team.

f. Failure to be on the field of play and ready to play at the scheduled game time, followingany grace period.

g. Leaving the field in total without the referee’s permission and with the intent to notcontinue the game.

h. Failure or refusal to continue the game.

i. Violations of Player Registration rules.

j. Misconduct that causes the termination of the game.

k. Violation of disciplinary (red/yellow card) regulations.

l. Using loan players during CSL or any other gaming circuit competition.

m. Failure to have a USSF/USYS Licensed Administrator/Coach with a valid white laminatedUSYS Administrator pass as per California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules &Regulations.

n. Falsification of documents related to a game, such as a Match Report, Player RegistrationForm, etc.

o. Failure to meet administrative requirements that results in the termination, cancellation orsuspension of the match.

p. Failure for notifying the disciplinary committee and/or BOD for any red card violationspertaining to his team.

12.3 The AFC BOD may recognize the suspensions and rulings of equal organizations that are affiliatedwith USSF.

12.4 The AFC BOD may initiate suspension of any administrator, player or associated bodies orindividuals of any member team for a stipulated time period from participation in AFC.

12.5 FINES

a. A missed Team and/or BOD meeting will result in a $100.00 fine; however, each team shallbe excused from financial penalty for only one meeting during the administrative year, fromJune 1st through May 31st of the following year. Outstanding fines must be paid by thefollowing meeting. Over due “unpaid fines” shall subject the team to disciplinary measures bythe BOD and/or the Disciplinary Committee.

b. Any missed tournament meeting will result in a $100.00 fine. There will be no exceptions,and fines must be paid by the following tournament meeting. Over due “unpaid fines” shallsubject the team to disciplinary measures by the BOD and/or the Disciplinary Committee.

c. Any team not fulfilling their obligation to paint fields for League and Tournaments will resultin a $250.00 fine for every violation.

d. Fines/Disciplinary measures maybe imposed, as the AFC BOD deems reasonable in order tomaintain the integrity of the club.

SECTION 13. PROTESTS AND APPEALS PROCEDURE

13.1 PROTESTS

a. Any protest must be made in writing, and the postmark will determine the filing date, or ifhand delivered by the date and time received and acknowledged by signature by theappropriate person. If delivered by hand, the person delivering the protest must countersignthe document.

b. The original protest must be submitted to the AFC Office with a filing fee of $50.00.

13.2 APPEALS

Any member Team may appeal any action taken against them using the following procedure:

1. Appeal of a BOD or Disciplinary Committee decision is made to the AFC BOD using the followingprocedure:

a. The appeal shall be submitted in writing to the AFC Office with a $75.00 filing fee and acopy submitted to the AFC President.

b. The appeal must be made within seven (7) days from notification of the action beingappealed.

2. Appeal of an AFC BOD non-competition decision may be made to the CYSA-South DistrictCommissioner using the following procedure:

a. The appeal shall be submitted in writing to the District 3 Commissioner.

b. Protest, Appeal and Disciplinary Hearing procedure is set in the Manual of Procedure(California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules & Regulations).

c. The appeal must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of the AFC BODruling.

3. Failure of an affected appealing party to appear at the scheduled meeting after proper notificationshall result in the automatic denial of the appeal and forfeiture of the fee. Notification of the meetingshall be at the discretion of the AFC BOD addressed to the appellant at the address that wassubmitted with the appeal to the AFC Office.

4. Filing fees will be returned only when a ruling is made in favor of the appellant.

5. All Disciplinary Committees actions, excepting such actions provided for elsewhere inthese Rules shall be reviewed and approved by the AFC BOD. The decisions of Disciplinary Committeesdo not become final before this review.

6. Members and associated parties will be advised by the AFC BOD of their decision.

7. AFC shall provide right of appeal per California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rulesand Regulations.

SECTION 14. FUNDRAISERS, SPONSORSHIPS AND AFC HOSTED TOURNAMENTS

14.1 FUNDRAISERS

a. Teams shall notify the AFC BOD and/or Treasurer of any independently planned fundraiserno less than two weeks prior to the event.

b. Fund raising events shall be deemed “approved” by the BOD unless written (defined as vialetter or e-mail) notification is given to a team official at least one week prior to the event.

c. Within two (2) weeks of the fundraiser teams must submit to the treasurer a financial reportof the following:

Total funds made

Total expenses

Total profit to the team

Copies of all Expenses Receipts

d. All fundraiser funds have to be processed through the AFC Bank Account.

e. Any team found violating Fundraiser Procedures would be subject to forfeiture of fundsraised, fines and/or disciplinary actions.

14.2 SPONSORSHIPS

a. When AFC Teams receive funds directly from sponsors, the money shall be deposited andaccounted for by the AFC Treasurer thru the AFC Bank Account.

b. Teams will receive 100% reimbursement of sponsor donations.

c. AFC Treasurer will be responsible for submitting Tax Receipts to donors.

d. Teams shall ensure that any sponsorship funds are utilized by the “entire team” for no lessthan 50% of the total donation.

e. No monies will be refunded to a team and/or player received from a sponsor.

14.3 TOURNAMNETS

a. Each AFC team shall work all AFC Tournament(s).

b. Each team must supply one representative to serve on the tournament committee.

c. Team coordinators will be responsible for filling work crews and other tournamentpositions with additional team representatives, on an “as needed” basis.

d. Teams not supplying appropriate numbers of personnel will be subject to fines and/ordisciplinary actions.

e. Tournament shares amounts will be decided by the AFC BOD.

SECTION 15. TEAM, PLAYER AND ADMINISTRATOR TERMINATION

15.1 Upon termination of a team from AFC;

1. All sponsorship monies remaining in the individual team account shall be surrendered toAFC for deposit into the general fund.

2. All non-sponsorship monies remaining in the individual team account shall be refunded tothe individual player and/or parent.

3. All equipment owned by AFC on loan to the departing team must be returned to the AFCBOD.

4. Team individual bank account shall be closed and proof of closure to be submitted to theAFC BOD.

5. No monies will be refunded to a team received from a sponsor.

6. No tournament share(s) will be distributed to the terminated team.

15.2 Teams leaving AFC

a. All sponsorship monies remaining in the individual team account shall be surrendered toAFC for deposit into the general fund.

b. All non-sponsorship monies remaining in the individual team account shall be refunded tothe individual player and/or parent.

c. All equipment owned by AFC on loan to the departing team must be returned to the AFCBOD.

d. Team individual bank account shall be closed and proof of closure to be submitted to theAFC BOD.

e. No monies will be refunded to a team received from a sponsor.

f. No tournament share(s) will be distributed to the team leaving.

15.3 Upon termination of a player from AFC;

a. Uniform package (Jersey(s), Shorts, Warm Up, Backpack or Bag) must be returned to theteam if the team purchased the specified Uniform Package.

b. No monies will be refunded to a player received from a sponsor.

c. No tournament share(s) will be distributed to the terminated player.

15.4 Upon termination of an administrator from AFC;

a. All equipment owned by AFC or the team on loan to the departing administrator must bereturned to the team and/or AFC BOD.

b. All team/Club related documentation, Bank Check Book, etc. must be returned to the teamand/or AFC BOD.

SECTION 16. RISK MANAGEMENT

16.1 Risk Management Policy Statement

It is the intent of AFC to provide an environment that fosters the well being and safety of its playersand members. AFC cannot guarantee that no harm or offense may be suffered by its players andmembers. However, with the observance of the rules and the vigilance of all members the bestenvironment to preserve the well being and safety of its players may be attained.It is further the intent of AFC that all of its members shall be honest and forthright in providing theinformation requested herein. AFC shall use diligence in performing the obligations as set forth herein.AFC shall not be liable to any of its members or players unless it is grossly negligent in theperformance of its responsibilities as defined herein.(See California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Risk Management Program, consistent withUSSF Bylaw 213(1)(a)(2) and, as required by USSF Rule4044. Denial, Suspension, and Revocation ofAdministrator Privileges will be per California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) Rules andRegulations

SECTION 17. DISCLAIMER OF FINANCIAL RESPOSIBILTY

Anaheim Futbol Club, Inc (AFC) specifically disclaims financial responsibility for, and shall not assumenor be held liable for, the debts or financial obligations, either expressed or implied of any team, orany of the coaches, managers, officers, officials, or members of any affiliated team.

SECTION 18. REFUND POLICY

CLUB/TEAM/PLAYER FEES - Fees are not refundable and not transferable. Fees for participation inthe club cover the entire soccer year. A player who accepts an invitation to play with the Club/Teamcommits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer year. No refunds, partial or full, will be made toplayers who choose not to participate at any point after registration for any reason, including playerssuspended from the program.TEAM WITHDRAWAL AND/OR DISBANMEND FROM AFC;CLUB/TEAM/PLAYER FEES REFUND POLICY – Any team that drops/withdraws and/or disbandsafter its application is submitted to the CSL Gaming Circuit and/or Players are registered in Cal SouthCorris Registration System will forfeit ALL Club/Team/Player fees submitted to AFC.

SECTION 19. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, TOBACCO AND SMOKING

THE PURCHASE, SALE AND/OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR THE USE OF TOBACCOOR SMOKING AT ANY AFC, CSL, California State Soccer Association-South (Cal South) SANCTIONEDCOMPETITION OR EVENT IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED
