Opportunity Available Cost Description

REGISTRATION & EDUCATION PROGRAM

Registration Lanyards 1 $1,500 Brand every attendee with a custom lanyard worn and seen throughout the entire show! As the official lanyard sponsor, you’ll also receive sponsorship recognition and an enhanced listing in the Show Guide, onsite map, online and mobile app directories. *Production not included, lanyards must be double-clip.

Registration Bag 1 $1,500 Put your company and/or product in front of every attendee with this exclusive opportunity to provide registration bags.

Individual Seminar 4 $750 Sponsors of individual seminars will be recognized in pre-show promotions and will have prominent recognition in the seminar room and in the Show Guide.

Registration Handouts Bag Insert 10 $500 Put your marketing messaging directly into the hands of attendees with a registration handout. Sponsored handouts will be distributed inside show bags given to all registered attendees. Limited to 10 sponsors, 1 handout per sponsor.

Cornerstone Sponsorship Package

4 $5,000 Sponsoring company logo will be placed on a co-branded, interior-hanging banner. Logos will have top billing on the sponsorship page of the 2020 Pizza & Pasta website. Other benefits include your logo on badges, the onsite floorplan, sponsorship ad in Pizza Today, official Show Guide, as well as pre-show attendee email blasts. Plus, a 1-hour demonstration area presentation segment, banner ad and (1) 48” x 72” floor graphic for your booth.

Sponsor of the Northeast Pasta Showdown

1 $5,000 Sponsoring company will be the exclusive sponsor of the Northeast Pasta Showdown. Branded contest area, entrance, hanging sign and floor signage will be provided. Sponsorship also includes one website 300W x 250H banner ad for six months rotation on the right side of the Pizza & Pasta Northeast website that will also click through to sponsor’s website landing page and a mobile app rotating banner ad. Sponsor may provide product that may be used by the contestants. Sponsor’s logo will be included in all email communications to registered attendees and contestants regarding the contest. Show management will pay for material handling for any product and/or equipment that will be used and/or on display. Sponsor will also receive a draped display table for product and/or promotional materials.

Keynote Address & Special Presentations

2 per event $1,000 Sponsoring companies will be recognized in pre-show and on-site promotions, including signage, Show Guide and the Pizza & Pasta website. Sponsor logo and/ or single-screen advertisement (approved by show management) will be projected on the screens prior to the start of the address. Sponsoring companies will also have the opportunity to distribute a sample (chair-drop), brochure or promotional item to the audience.

Dash for Cash 20 $500 Your booth will be an integral stop for attendees on their quest to win the $5,000 Dash for Cash Giveaway. Drive buyers to your booth and gain additional exposure through program promotions online, in print and at the show. Each participant will receive a bingo card listing participating sponsors and booth locations to visit to complete their game-card and earn a chance to win the cash. $2,500 will be givenaway each day to a lucky attendee.

1 $5,000 Sponsoring company will be the exclusive sponsor of the Menu Expansion Area. Branded contest area, entrance, hanging sign and floor signage will be provided. Sponsorship includes two (2) 1-hour demonstration segments (1 each day). This is an exclusive opportunity to cross-promote your products. Sponsor will be granted the use of the demo area each day for a 45-minute presentation of your choice (subject to show management approval). All demonstrations will use sponsoring company pasta when possible. Sponsor may provide product that may be used by the demonstrators. Show management will pay for material handling for any product and/or equipment provided by the sponsor that will be used and/or on display. Sponsor will also receive a 3’ x 8’ draped display table for product and/or promotional materials.

Exclusive Sponsor of the Pizza Demonstration Area

1 $5,000 Sponsoring company will be the exclusive sponsor of the Pizza Demonstration Area. Branded contest area hanging sign and floor signage will be provided. Sponsorship includes two (2) 1-hour demonstration segments (1 each day). This is an exclusive opportunity to cross-promote your products. Sponsor will be granted the use of the demo area each day for a 45-minute presentation of your choice (subject to show management approval). Pizza & Pasta Preferred Products Unlimited $750 Put your product in the spotlight with a preferred product sponsorship of our competitions and demonstration areas. Includes co-branded logo recognition in all four competition and demonstration areas for preferred product sponsors.

Hand Sanitizer and Hand-Washing Stations

1 $750 Pizza Expo is all about making connections, shaking hands and sampling delicious food. Everyone will appreciate access to antibacterial hand sanitizer and hand washing stations. Sponsor recognition signage will be placed next to stations.

Cell Phone Charging Stations

10 $100 Your company logo or 10 second video will be seen by attendees charging their cell phones on the Pizza & Pasta show floor. This is a great opportunity to promote your company, product or simply let them know where they can find your booth.


Online Registration Banner Ad
