Carrying out Performance Appraisal & Salary process.Updating salary details in payroll software, Salary Break up, Employee personal details,Employment details, bank details & etc.Processing & disbursement of salary- preparation of salary statement, bank statement, statutorypayment report, cheque statement.Promotions, Salary revision – issuance of letters & effect the salary changes.Processing payment of statutory returns. Coordination with accounts for all payments, Audit.Bonus & Arrears payment. Disbursement of salary slips.Preparation of new salary statement during annual appraisals.
