Fully Retained : Dedicated search team for a specific critical need. Our teams #1 priority and the team focuses their full attention to your specific project and needs. Your company will have candidate exclusivity and ADO will not share with other clients until released by your company. This search is recommended when a client has a critical position or a high level position that needs to be filled and they need an entire team to get it filled as quickly as possible.

Engaged Contingency : Dedicated prioritized search team (number one behind fully retained clients). Your company will have candidate exclusivity (will not share with other clients during initial 3 weeks of process). This is one of the most common selections for clients with urgent and critical needs with multiple openings.

Contingency (Speed Discount) : Clients that wish to take advantage of their own hiring process can take advantage of ADO's speed discount. The speed discount is designed for clients with a great hiring process. Discounted fee is based on the length of time it takes from resume submittal to offer stage.

Contingency : Prioritized search based upon position requirements, time to fill, available talent pool and client criticalness.

Technicians : Technicians are individually categorized A, B or C level based on capabilities and certifications and are priced on a “flat fee” basis.
