Explanation of acronyms:

• RFIC (Reason for Issuance Code) & RFISC (Reason for Issuance Sub Code) - The Amadeus solution today supports all industry defined codes and all future codes that can be requested by an airline to ATPCO. This is due to the table design and no hard coding.

• EMD-S is EMD-Standalone (used on its own, and not with a flightcoupon) & EMD-A is EMD-Associated (used in association with an e-Ticketcoupon, hence is lifted at the airportat the same time. Example of uses: excess baggage, seat upgrades, etc…)
