The National Road Network estimated by the studies carriedout by the Albanian Road Authority is 3,848 km of national roads. All roads leading network and about 2/3 of the tota

e Adriatic – Ionian Highway/expressway (Route 1 and Route 2), included on the indicative extensione TEN – T Core Network (PMs WB6 Joint Statement, Brussels, April, 2015), which encompasses the Croatrder – Bar – the Albanian Border through Montenegro territory (Route 1) and the Albanian North – Soad Corridor linking the Montenegro Border with the Greek Border, through Albanian territory (Route 2).s project under WBIF is financed the Feasibility Study, the ToRs of which are currently approved.
e East – West Road Corridor between the Port of Durres and FYROM, part of Corridor VIII, which conneuntries of Central Europe with the Black Sea area. This corridor is almost completed. Works on sogments are still ongoing;
e Route 7 Nie Route 7 Nišš -- PriPrišština tina –– DurrDurrëëss, which in terms of new Nine TEN – T Corridors established in Riga, in 20d Indicative Extension of TEN – T to Western Balkans (Berlin Process) as well, connects the Adriatic – Ionrridor (Indicative Extension of TENT-T MEDITERRANEAN Corridor), through Pristina (Skopje - Pristina - Ngrade), with the Indicative Extension of TEN-T ORIENT/EAST MED Corridor. e Albanian Railway consisting of 447-km main rail line and 230 km secondary re. It is extended from Durres port in four directions: in north in border Albanontenegro, in south in railway station of Ballsh, in east in railway station neacedonian cross border and again in east until Tirana capital.
e Railways in Albania are administered by the national railwompany (Hekurudha ShqiptareHekurudha Shqiptare--HSHHSH). On 22nd of December 2016 the Parliame the Republic of Albania approved the Law nr. 142/2016 "The Railway Code e Republic of Albania". It shall be in force within one year after its publication, i January 2018.

This decisiflected the fulfillment of Vienna Summit obligations, especially the soft measuplementation and the existence of the strategic documents in the field

The main and biggest Port in Albania and the gateway of Corridor no. 8th It’s situated in SW part of the city of Duress and 36 km West of Tirana.

the Port of Shengjini, on the basis of the project, for "the Rehabilitation of the P Shëngjini” with a funding of about 3.6 M euro, funded by IPA 2008 and tovernment of Albania, was built the New quay and squares for processing oods. The port has already finished dredging of the quay, with financing of tate budget and now is operational even for ferries and for efficient processingfferent freight/goods ships, not only for the Albanian export – import but also ose transit to Kosovo and beyond.
