RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

We apply very healthy and professional method of recruiting eligible candidates for a particular placement. We recruit the candidates by the fallowing method. A. Advertisement s Following is the authorization from our clients we publish opening for a particular professional, with complete job description In the leading news papers and other popular media.

B. Prescreening The applications we receive undergo initial screening by our recruitment consultants.

C. Selection Panel The selection panel which is comprised of highly experience experts decides the eligibility of candidates for selection and short listing.

D. Interview and Trade Test The short - listed candidate's are called for interview

E. Medical Check up The candidates that are selected send for medical checkup in the approval medical center. Which is authorized by the country where the candidates will be placed.

F. Mobilization period and dispatch of workers. Only medically certified fit candidates processed future for visa issuance or visa

endorsement. Upon such visa issuance/endorsement. We make all necessary arrangements for the candidate travel to the destination countries from the time a candidate is selected till he / she is deployed. The client as well as candidates provides status information whenever required. Normally its take 2 to 4 weeks to mobilized worker after receipt of the original/documents from the employer.

G. Documents Head The individual files are maintained for all selected candidates. Containing the following Documents. Original Passport * Employment AgreementTen photographs * Copy of Medical Test reportTrade test report of applicant * Educational & Experience certificate & CV’s

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

Once our client has specified requirements for Manpower. The fallowing information need to be adhered to. 1. Agency Agreement: A Necessary formality for the benefits of both parties.

2. Power of attorney: A power of attorney is to be given to Salman Travels Agency Lic. No: 002475/MUM/PER/1000/3/4194/94 to enable us to advertise, interview and pre -selection candidates on the client’s behalf.

3. Demand Letter: A Listing of category’s and number of staff required. Salary afraid and other terms and conditions.

4. Specimen Work Agreement: Individual agreement according to the rules & regulation of INDIAN Embassy.

5. Authorization Letter: A letter to be given to the embassy or consulate office in India to get their permission for visa processing (applicable only for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The State of Qatar).

Please Note: Point no. 5 above should be in English, Arabic and others in English on your company Letterhead and duly signed and sealed. They are to be attested by The Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A specimen of each document (except no. 5) is reproduced here for your perusal on the following pages.
