The project can be incremental depending on the financing plan.
$20/square foot for the structure of 120’x100’ = $240,000
$5/square foot for concrete 7” deep for hangar = $60,000
Additional ramp area. $40,000
$50,000 for soft costs
$390,000 for Total Estimated Costs
