Position: Executive Board Member.As a member of AIESEC Benue Executive board, you will be responsible first,for your personal development, the development of members and the overall development of the organisation. You will not only be responsible for the results of your portfolio alone, but also for the Local Committee as a whole.Local Committee Activities:Each member of the executive board will be responsible for one portfolio. However, every member is responsible for the following tasks ;· Attend strategic planning and transition meetings prior to the start of your term· Attend weekly executive board meetings · Hold weekly portfolio meetings for appropriate portfolio.· Attend quarterly Board of Advisors meetings · Attend General Assemblies · Attend local committee socials. · Attend conferences · Participate in membership and exchange Recruitment · Participate in sales activities for incoming and outgoing exchange · Maintain the AIESEC brand · Training of portfolio members on the necessary skills · Delegation of portfolio tasks to members

Key Performance Indicators:Although each member of the Executive Board will be responsible for a specific portfolio, it's important we collaborate and own our successes and challenges as a team. Therefore key performance indicators will be measured collectively. These indicators are based on the membership code and these are; · Strength of CRM· Number of partnerships raised· Growth in IGCDP.· Number of IXP delivered· Percentage of outgoing exchanges realized.· Strength of membership retention· Number of Board of Advisors members and meetings.· Completion and Maintenance of Year Plan.· Maintenance of healthy finances.· External relevance

LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD):Basic Responsibilities;

*Provide financial sustainability through supporting exchanges via salesand external relations and also other products.

*Manage and build the Local Committee Alumni Network and work with the LCP in building and managing the LC Board of Advisors (BoA).Main Functions; Product focus· *Evaluate and support exchange and non-exchange products created at the national level· *Support sales in the national driver Sales activities· *Lead fundraising activities at the LC level

LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING& COMMUNICATIONS (MAC):Basic Responsibilities;

*Coordinate, implement, control, evaluate, and improve marketing processes at the local level*Increase positioning of AIESEC Benue through stakeholders, target markets, organizations

(corporate and non-corporate)*Improve brand perception and market capitalization*Enhance the AIESEC Benue brand and engage more young students to become positive

*Manage, coordinate, control, evaluate, execute, and improve the local strategies and processes for the Team Member Program and the Team Leader Program

*Ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality experiences to all TMP and TLP takers *Manage the internal communication of the LC.

Main Functions;* Product focus (TMP and TLP) · *Product evaluation, sales, and delivery (synergy with MKT)· *Ensure the sustainable development for TMP and TLP, and increase the number of experiences delivered HR process optimization · *Ensure the implementation of all HR processes locally (talent planning and LC structure,

LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE, LEGAL & ADMINISTRATION (FLA):Basic Responsibilities;

Lead, plan, execute, control, evaluate, and manage finance and legal strategy Guarantee sustainability in all the activities generating continuity in the local entity Ensure day-to-day financial operations and tracking, as well as to provide the long-term

perspective, forecasting, and strategic advising

Main Functions; Financial management focus

Ensure the continuity of the financial management cycle including:· Financial information management · Realistic budget and financial plan based on MoS for LC and for the separate areas · Monthly accounting· Local financial model· Financial monthly reports· Collection management at the local level· Cash flow and executed budget· Finance tracking of local events· Financial evaluation and decision making· Financial inputs for EB actions and LCP plan execution· Financial reports by quarter· Approve the budget for any LC projects · Organizational performance· Supporting increases in performance by giving recommendations· Analysis of historical and current financial results, in order to propose local investments and projects· Local financial capacity and income generation · Support product development at the local level· Raise sponsorships or other financial support for the LC. · Auditing· Closure of consolidations· Cash flow management Governance and accountability focus

Assemblies and accountability management· Ensure that local legislative assemblies are managed according to national and local compendiums

Exchange operative support focus · Define and implement local level auditing in terms of agreements for TN takers and contracts with EPs · Ensure tracking of the whole EP flow in terms of agreements, payments, and post-match documents

LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT OUTGOING GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (OGX):Basic Responsibilities;

*Manage, coordinate, control, evaluate, and execute the local strategies and processes for oGCDP

*Improve the quality and increase the number of delivered experiences into the programEnsure the relevance of the exchange product in the external and internal markets

Main Functions;* International relations · *Supply and demand analysis· *Ensure supply and demand management with an international network of AIESEC LC partners around the network · *Make international cooperation in order to guarantee the quality of EP's experience Product focus · *Product packaging, sales, and delivery Customer focus · *Ensure quality of OGX delivery · *Guarantee quality induction and preparation· *Develop and track EP process flow (sale, raise, match, realization, and re-integration)· *Ensure EP communication and engagement (newsletters, meetings, etc.)· *Ensure planning and delivery of OPS· *Support exchange quality issues according to XPP and ICB guidelines

* All applicants for this position must Must have been a member of AIESEC Benue for at least 3 months.

* Be full members of AIESEC benue with respect to the

AIESEC Benue's Compendium.

* Must not Leave the LC for more than 1 month , including GCDP, GIP programs.

* Committed to serve a full year i.e April 1st 2016- March 31st 2017

* Submit a complete application package on or before the deadline, No late application would be accepted.

* Must have had previous TMP, TLP experience.

* Must have attended at least one Conference (International, National, Regional or Local Conference).

* Must have no issue before the Disciplinary Committee.

Marketing and communication1. What's does marketing and communication mean to you?2. What strategies would you employ as a marketing and communication person to drive exchange for the LC?3.
