    AIESEC in Japan has changed a lot in this year in

    terms of global strategy and exchange

    development, and now, we are ready to open our

    new platform for all over the world.Let us cooperate with more and

    more people around the world and achieve our next

    term's goal, 550 exchanges!!

    We are aiming 150 more outgoing exchanges and

    50 more incoming exchanges.

    Our Realization peak time of OGX is August

    and February. Raise peak time is May to

    June, November to December. We increased

    the number of both Raise and Realize in this

    term. Out OGX performance is improving

    due to implement of Country partnership and

    Global Strategy.

    Our main exchange type is MT and DT.. The

    number of DT and MT is gradually increasing. X+L

    is also increasing and we have 82 X+L realization in

    this term.

    Major EP Background are Economics / Low / Sociology. We

    dont have good market of TTEP due to their strict schedule

    in University. About there language, most EPs have excellent

    English skills.
