About AIESEC

Our Organization

AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization, an international platform for young people to explore and develop their potentials and to create positive impacts on the society.

We provide our members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participations in a global learning environment.

The AIESEC Way

AIESEC is a global, non-political, not-for-profit, youth-run organization. We envision peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. Our six core values are activating leadership, enjoying participation, striving for excellence, demonstrating integrity, living diversity and acting sustainably.

The AIESEC Experience

The AIESEC experience is consisted of both the leadership in the organization and participation in exchange activities. Members can lead teams, create strategic plans, make executive decisions and put ideas into practice through projects. At the same time, they can go on exchange and challenge their world views. Coming out from the AIESEC experience, the members are ready to head for future and to make positive impacts on the society.
