Like a gearing wheel, any and all accomplishments of ATI-Region IVA can not be solely attributed to one person but rather to all the technical and administrative staff who tried their best to complement each other, to appreciate diversity and to remain focused on their set goals and standards. As of December 2009, there were nineteen (19)nineteen (19)nineteen (19)nineteen (19) administrativeadministrativeadministrativeadministrative staff and seven (7) technical seven (7) technical seven (7) technical seven (7) technical staff who worked together and unified their efforts in order to meet the targeted outputs on or before the deadlines.
