Visual position indicator compatible with Namur switch boxes, positioners or proximity switches
Unique twin guide bar design absorbs adverse side loading from rack at the start of each stroke and maintains a deep tooth engagement between rack and pinion for reliable, long term operation.
Designed to increase the cycle life of the piston O ring seals and reduces friction.
Strategically placed to eliminate metal to metal contact and eliminates the impact load on the stop cam drive mechanism.
The dual encapsulated POM wear pads eliminates lateral loading of the pistons and metal to metal contact assuring high cycle low friction travel.
Unique patented spring package design, located inside the piston rack utilizes the same end covers as the DA Series.
Springs are manufactured from SiCr in compliance to EN10204 and are available with a 3.1 b certificate.
All actuators feature extra long boltingto assure fully relaxed springs during dis-assembly.
Manufactured from stainless steel bar, it can be rotated for cross and parallel mounting and adapts to most valve shafts. The insert is held inside the pinion shaft by a circlip.
Recessed into the actuator's main body, the B.A.K. is drilled in accordance to DIN/ISO standards allowing for direct mounting options.
The B.A.K. is also fitted with our unique open and closed stop end adjustment and locking screws. This feature which is external to actuator pressure complies with future P.E.D. directives.
The shaft and adjustment cam are machined from solid bar material. The cam mechanism allows for 2.5 degree overtravel in both directions.
The inner depth of the pinion shaft allows for total engagement of valve stems and direct actuator mounting.
