In the interest of the service, the following personnel are hereby directed to proceed at the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCI) Building in Binondo, Manila on Tuesday, 19 July 2011, to conduct an advocacy campaign promoting the following programs of the Department, Continuing Labor and Employment Education Program (CLEEP), Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) and PHIL-JOBNet System;

As such, except those receiving monthly Representation And Travel Allowance (RATA), everyone else are entitled to reimburse transportation and other allowable expenses, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
