“97% of the uS advanced bioenergy capacity represented”

Jim Lane, Editor, Biofuels Digest

• President Obama said his administration will strive to meet a Congressional targetof producing 36 billion gallons of ethanol and advanced biofuels by 2022

• The plan is that 20 billion gallons per year will come from advanced biofuels, 15billion gallons from corn ethanol and one billion gallons from biodiesel

• BuT u.S. Environmental Protection Agency last fall announced it had no choice butto reduce the 2011 interim target for advanced biofuels to 6.6 million gallons fromthe previous 2011 target of 250 million gallons

How are we going to get from 6.6 million gallons in 2011 to 20

BILLION gallons in 2022?

ADVANCED BIOFuELS IN 2011: WHERE ARE WE NOW?

By bringing the industry together:

at advanced Biofuels markets you will hear from CEOs and Presidents who are drivingthe development of advanced Biofuels and who will get us to the RFS target, speakerswill include advanced Biofuels Company executives, Venture Capitalists & investmentBankers, Corporate Strategic investment and alliance executives, ePC firms and industrysuppliers. if you are responsible for making decisions in this sector, you need to be here.

By not going it alone:

to reach this goal the industry has to work in concert – networking to build newrelationships, catching up with buddies, partnering and collaborating are the key tosuccess. as Jim lane, editor, Biofuels digest always says ‘Go out there and network likecrazy.’ For most of you networking is the most important reason to attend an event sofor 2011 we have included an additional day dedicated to structured networking.
