Adoration of Our Lord
Embrace the opportunity for graces beyond measure. Come adore Him. Adoration begins:
"While all the sacraments confer grace, the Eucharist
contains the Author of grace , Jesus Christ Himself."
Servant of God, Fr. John Hardon, S.J.
Adoration of Our Lord
He was laid in a wooden manger
And nailed to a wooden cross
It is easy to recognize an image of Our Lord in the manger at Christmas, as well as when we look upon a crucifix. But when we look at the Consecrated Host, enshrined in the monstrance, is He as easily recognized? Pray for the gift of faith. The little baby in the manger and the Man on the cross are images of Jesus Christ, but the One Who is in the monstrance is not an image, but the Real Presence of Jesus in His glorified body, hidden within the Consecrated Host. Take the opportunity to know Jesus a little better in His Eucharistic Presence so that He becomes more easily recognized.
Adoration of Our Lord
The Church is now in what is called, Ordinary Time. However, time is anything but ordinary when we spend it in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ.
