relationships with all major administrative offices and

functions of the University and with relevant government

agencies; excellent computer skills.

3. Deputy Librarian (female only)

18 1 35-45 1st Class Masters Degree in Library Sciences/ Library and

Information Sciences with 10 years experience as Librarian

in BPS 17.

4. Deputy Registrar (female only)

18 2 30-45 M.A/M.Sc at least 2nd

division with 5 years experience at a

senior level position in Govt./Semi Govt. Department.

5. Web Master

18 1 30-50 4 years BS(CS) or MCS with minimum 4 years experience.

Practical knowledge of website designing/management,

web and e.mail server. Preference will be given to those

having experience of PHP, ASP, MySQL, MS Access..

Must have knowledge of RDMBS, Flash, dream weaver,

LAMP/WAMP server.

from HEC recognized University.

10. Resident Warden* (Female only)

(2 years contract)

17 1 45-55 Masters degree with at least 4 years administrative

experience in an educational institution.

Office along with a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.

How to apply: (1) Application form must accompany updated resume, and one set of the following attested documents: (i) Degrees, Transcript, Marks Sheet, Certificates (ii) National ID Card; (iii) Two recent photographs; and (iv) experience

certificates.

(2) Candidates working in government /semi-government /autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel; however advance copy may be submitted.

(3) No TA/ DA will be paid for interview. (4) Incomplete application and /or application received after the due date will not be entertained. (5) Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and the university management reserves the right to fill in, reduce or withdraw any post at anytime.

(6) NTS recruitment test will be held for BPS-17 only. (7) 5% quota has been reserved for employment of minorities.

*University will provide the single residential accommodation to the resident warden.
