What is active learning?- Active Learning is “a process of having
students engage in some activity that forces them to reflect upon ideas and how they are using those ideas”. (Michael 2006)
- Active Learning is NOT a large project, but the smaller tasks you give students
- Active Learning is students doing more than listening. How can you assess listening?
- Active Learning is NOT zero “telling”, some is always necessary.
