We named the company Sur Fantástico, in honour of the high places of South America we loved to explore. The passion that fuelled our many years living in that region is strongly present in the travel experiences we want to offer. Definitely, the Hyatt Mendoza’s M Bistro is one of the best options to have dinner in the city. Entrance: salad with apple, almonds, bacon and blue cheese… but I was dying for that liverwurst with its Malbec, fruit chutney and croutons sauce. For the main course: Braised lamb leg in its own juice along with humita de choclo (corn cream); the rabbit with herbs or the Malarguina trout. Everything is to taste without question!
