Information and instructions: Boardmaker symbols have been used to develop the questionnaire as a PowerPoint presentation with one question per slide. The teacher reads the question and asks the student to point to the Yes or No symbols to answer. This is suitable to be used on an interactive whiteboard. The first two questions are examples only. The placement of the Yes and No symbols are random to assist the teacher to check that the student understands the question and the answer process.
