The following is the schedule for payment of Examination fee for I & III Semester ofB~P.EdIM.P .Ed and I Semegjer of Diploma in physical Education Examinations to be commencedas shown below:

In this connection I am to inform you that the University has introduced on-lineRegistration of Examination Applications system in the place of I.C.R forms, and implemented tothe students of B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.fD.P.Ed. Courses also for this Academic Year 2016-17 for theExaminations to be held in November/December, 2016.

The.necessary formats are available for regular and supplementary students separately inthe University Website www.anu.ac.in and each Colleges has been given separate username andpassword. So, you are requested to arrange to fill the each students data, as per the columns givenin the format, and sent the full galley along with the fee details to the university on or before22-10-2016.

1. Last date for payment of Examination fee and submission ofApplications to the Principal, University College of Physical Education: 20-10-2016

2. With a late fee ofRs.100/- and submission of Applications to thePrincipal, University College of Physical Education 21-10-2016

3. Last Date for submission of Nominal Rolls to the Controller of Examsby the Principals along with consolidated D.D drawn in favour ofRegistrar, ANU payable at ANU campus and along with the list ofadmitted candidates duly certified by the convener PECET 22-10-2016

The Principals are requested to collect the examination fee from the students and the said'fee shall be paid by way of on-line challan in examination fee Alc No.30908794589 of ANU. Onefor without penalty fee amolUlt to be paid on or before 20-10-2016 and another challanis) withpenalties fee amount to be paid on or before 21-10-2016 and send the gally copies on or before22-10-2016 along With the list of fee particulars.

The Principals are requested to send a certified copy of the list of candidates (course-wise) issued bythe Convener, PECET as the case may be along with the gallies for scrutiny. They are also requested to Jprepare galIies with the names approved by the Convener only along with attendance statement.

The Principals of all affiliated colleges, ANU area and Special Officers of ANU Campus ••. atOngole are requested to forward three copies of galIies containing name of the candidate with Parent name,Regd.No., appearing subjects with titles, date and amount of fee paid the Controller of Exams., A.N.U., soas to reach this office for 1sr Semester and 3rd Semester on or before 22-10-2016. If submit after due date,examinations will not be conducted to the students of your college. This is for information, and promptaction.

Internal Assessment marks should sent by the Principals before commencement of theoryexaminations and Practical marks should sent immediately after completion of the Practicalexaminations to the Controller of Examinations, A.N.V.

The hall-tickets shall be issued to the candidates by the Principals only after verifying their eligibility in allrespects, and ensure that they are not under disqualification for suspected malpractice or any of those sorts.

Prior permission will be obtained from the University to the candidate(s), those who are not registered for·the previous semester examinations, for Registration/appear for the said Semester examinations.
