ACFM Engineering and Construction Sdn. Bhd. established in 2002, is a
comprehensive Engineering company based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. As a
leader of a consortium or as a partner of a consortium, ACFM emphasizes on carrying
out a solid single professional service, particularly on EPCC (Engineering,
Procurement, Construction and Commissioning). We continuously play the role to
facilitate and spur the dynamic growth in the regional economic corridors and pioneer
industries while providing solutions and value-engineering to the start-up of industrial
investments both domestically and internationally.

There are a number of permits and licenses involved in order to run a legitimate plant
in Malaysia. The process can be lengthy and time consuming. ACFM will assist in
facilitating the application of the required permits and licenses and will cooperate with
government authorities responsible for issuing the said permits and licenses.
Below are some examples of permits and licenses that we have had facilitated based
on our previous clients:
• Manufacturing License
• Permit under Petroleum Development Act 1974
• Tax Incentive application at both Federal and State Levels
• ECW (Early Commencement Work)
