SensiJet® UV Specialty inks for high precision applicationsSensiJet® UV inks offer the ability to add value to products and processes. Designed with ease of use and application performance in mind, SensiJet® UV inks deliver outstanding performance in multiple environments.

SensiJet® PyriteIdeal for digital printing acid etch resists SensiJet® Pyrite is a functional black UV curable ink for use in acid etch resist applications. Fixed with a conventional UV curing lamp, Pyrite is ideal for digital relief patterning of stainless steel and other metals for digital engraving of cylinders, emboss rollers and emboss press plates where an acid etch process is used. Additionally, applications such as LCDs and EMI and RFI shielding may benefit from using this ink within the process. Solutions may also be possible for dielectric insulation offering huge benefits in many applications.

SensiJet® GarnetSensiJet® Garnet is a black UV curable ink designed for rapid drying and maximum durability across substrates and applications. Tuned to fix with a flash bulb technology, Garnet offers the benefits of UV cure inks whilst allowing rapid printing in production environments where cost, time and space are at a premium. This flexible solution is also suitable for conventional UV curing systems. The flash cure process gives minimal UV lamp footprint and minimal hardware cost whilst maintaining optimal dot gain for high precision printing of features such as barcodes and allows immediate substrate handling after printing.

Suitable for printing composites, plastics and other challenging materials, SensiJet® Garnet offers excellent adhesion and durability when printed on non-porous substrates, making it suitable for coding and marking in the harshest of environments. The printed ink is highly chemically resistant, allowing use in advanced processes.
