Chania Fres: Our first stop early in the morning to grab the taste of coffee. Neo Chorio Agioi Pantes Pemonia - Melidoni: On our way to “Profitis Ilias” we pass through these small picturesque villages of “Apokoronas”, located in the North foot of “Lefka Ori”. Profitis Ilias: Continuing our driving South, the scenery changes. It becomes harder and rocky. When we arrive at our destination the scenery is special, nature is wild and the view is fantastic. Now you have time to get informed, discover and take memorable pictures. A travel of mind through time and space! Fres: Lunch time at the beautiful square of “Fres”, in a traditional Cretan tavern. Tzitzifes-Vafes-Vrisses: The tour to the villages of “Apokoronas” region is continuing. Our next stop for a coffee or an orange juice, is close to a small river. Distance : 155 km Duration: 7-8 hours Altitude: 1400 m Price : ages 8-12 : 55 euro ages 12+ : 85 euro [The prices are for group participation (min 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)] Schedule: All year (on request) Pick up times: upon request Price includes: : liability insurance and local taxes, coffee or orange juice in the morning and in the afternoon also, tour in 4wd 7 seater Mitsubishi Pajero, English speaking guide driver, lunch with traditional food and wine. Items to bring: sunglasses, hat, sun cream, a jacket (depending on the weather conditions). Sport shoes or sandals recommended. Remember to inform us if you or another member of your group is vegetarian or if there is a food allergy. If you do, we may arrange a different menu for them. This adventure is not recommended for people, with mobility problems, suffering from car sickness, don’t like being in bumpy roads and for persons with fear of heights.
