How do you participate in the monthly DQAR process?

・Ensure receipt of DQARs (IPPS-A will track subscription status and continuously update a point of contact list)

・Profile your respective system’s data, this will allow an in-depth view on data elements showing errors within the IPPS-A ecosystem, see guide on milSuite

・Error resolution can be handled at the unit or system level・Work with the IPPS-A Functional Management Division (FMD) Data

Team to resolve system level errors

・IPPS-A can also provide engineering change requests (ECRs) to address large scale, entire system affecting error reporting that is not at the fault of the system owner or unit

What is a Mock Conversion?

・Check/check mechanisms to validate that data being converted (or passed through) is accurate within IPPS-A

・System Integrators receive data from legacy systems in various files or formats, and the conversion into IPPS-A is conducted through an extract-transform-load (ETL) process in Ab Initio

・The output that lands into the Oracle ecosystem will then be validated to match up against the original legacy data

・There are seven Mock Conversion iterations planned・IPPS-A will publish the schedule that will outline when your

respective systems will be analyzed

・Review Mock Conversion analysis and resolve errors with assistance from IPPS-A
