A SOCIAL BUSINESS NETWORK HUB: LUVRULES.COM & MARSHALLYARD.COM
“LUVRules.com is a gamified 'Business College', and will be the 'Comcast' of the Internet, for sustainable, values‐based capitalism; and for green e‐commerce.”
But before we can get into the nitty‐gritty details of this ‘social‐business‐network‐hub’, we must understand the market penetration / startup strategy. And that strategy will be known as MarshallYard.com.
MarshallYard.com will be the way people form into groups, and govern themselves, for a purpose greater than themselves, and for various forms of e‐commerce.
MarshallYard.com is the 'Facebook Connect' version of what we are doing, and will be the 'bridging‐mechanism' that brings people over to LUVRules.com.
Again, LUVRules.com is the gamified 'Business College' in the cloud; and will be a 'Comcast‐like' online subscription service for values based capitalism. And the functionality of MarshallYard.com will be integrated within LUVRules.com.
Ultimately, MarshallYard.com is a private, adjustable‐control‐panel, and social‐business‐network, for organizational governance.
So, for ease of understanding, let’s call LUVRules.com ‘Amazon’s Version of Facebook’, with an online business college, integrated within it. And Amazon would be a great partner in this endeavor. So would Microsoft Office 365; but we are getting ahead of ourselves.
Now, we have named MarshallYard.com as the bridging mechanism, and as the market penetration / startup strategy. Meaning, our first priority is to get people to join the network, and the major strategy in doing so, is the strategy of MarshallYard.com.
And again, MarshallYard.com is a private, adjustable‐control‐panel, and social‐business‐network, for organizational governance, and membership management.
And for LUVRules.com, the business college in the cloud, to fully exploit this opportunity; LUVRules.com must create a sense of exclusivity (certification process & hierarchy), a sense of security (verification process & hierarchy) and a sense of belonging (shared values and verified credentials). This then creates the potential for cultivating self‐esteem and self‐actualization through the ‘love connection’ facilitated by this network hub, called LUVRules.com.

So first and foremost, for LUVRules.com to attain the magical ‘tipping point’ and become a true network hub, we must make MarshallYard.com a private, free, and invaluable service to the following organizations:
The method in getting these organizations to use their privatized version of MarshallYard.com, is to require them to join the ‘American Association of Social Capitalists’, and at no cost.
In other words, there is an exchange happening. We give their members a privatized Facebook‐like network, with an adjustable control panel for organizational governance, and for membership management; that then enables all of their members, to be an ‘anonymous’ member of the American Association of Social Capitalists.
Ok, so first question, “Why would the aforementioned associations want to join the American Association of Social Capitalists (AASC)?”
Answer: AASC’s major purpose is to revitalize a sustainable tourism industry throughout America, via a federation of associations, corporations, and foundations; and to help in the creation of a community‐revitalization ‘blueprint’.
So to successfully execute this blueprint, AASC will utilize the business of hospitality to create a multitude of Journeyman Villages, while co‐creating the ideal of ‘community’, in American Cities; and eventually, throughout the world. These ‘Journeyman Villages’ will be focused on revitalizing downtowns through the interdependent synergies of jobs programs, microfinance, small businesses, the service industries, and the arts.

The supreme plan is to unify charitable organizations, corporations, and associations in the mission of co‐creating the essence of community, while purposefully, and effectively, serving the greater‐good.
So AASC’s initial goal is to integrate, synthesize, and synergize the aforementioned associations ; in addition to venture capital firms, technical high schools, fraternities, sororities, colleges, and universities; in the cultivation and nurturing of their members, and in the cultivation and nurturing of the social businesses network hub named LUVRules.com. And MarshallYard.com, is the primary method in attaining this goal.

To be an effective, and exclusive, membership network; a clear structure, and a defined hierarchy, must be created that prevents the ‘herd mentality’, while at the same time, encourages risk taking behavior; and all within a safe and secure environment.
To accomplish this goal, we must not only create a super‐hero profile that is anonymous in nature, but we must also create an effective and organic council/committee system for organizational governance; and a government that enables a purposeful way to manage membership, while being founded in the science of humanism.
For example, everyone in a committee will have a time oriented deadline to give their input in an anonymous fashion, and only when everyone has given their input, do the results appear to the entire committee. And these results will remain anonymous, so when the committee begins the collaboration process, no one can take it personally, and no one can know who's input is who’s?
Another example would be the organizational framework control panel. This control panel has minimum and maximums that can be adjusted based upon each individual organization’s needs. The titles for the following framework are as follows: a Village of 256 members, a Community of 12 Villages (with a high council of 12 village chiefs), a Region of 12 Communities, a Territory of 12 Regions, and a Nation State of 12 Territories.
This hierarchal framework creates a maximum of 5,216,256 members per Nation State, with a maximum of 12 Territories per Nation State, and a maximum of 20,736 Villages per Nation State. And a fully utilized Nation State has 144 top leadership positions; with a total of 12 committee/councils, and a singular leader called the Nation State Prime Minister.

LUVRules must initially pander to the innate narcissism of the human condition. Meaning, most people prefer to talk about themselves and their interests. So let’s maximize this egoistic desire to receive, by having all interested parties create a multi‐media profile that is succinct and entertaining.
And for LUVRules.com to fully exploit this opportunity, AND serve the greater‐good, LUVRules.com must create a sense of exclusivity (certification process & hierarchy), a sense of security (verification process & hierarchy) and a sense of belonging (shared values and verified credentials). But it is all about doing! For to gain levels, you actually have to do! Good Works! And those good works are based upon the shared values system known as humanism; as well as the gaming/point system we design.

You see, “WE MUST TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO TAKE CARE OF US!” And to do that, we must create a more streamlined way to assess, verify, certify, integrate, synthesize and synergize. And this more effective way lay within the development of a social business network hub named LUVRules.com, working in partnership with a federation of social businesses, named the American Association of Social Capitalists.

• A ‘social business’ is any business that requires human interaction.
• A ‘network hub’ is a web portal that garners a large percentage of online traffic.
• And the ‘humanistic values system’ provides the scientific structure to human evolvement.
Core Problem
The core problem to successfully executing this social business network hub, lay within the difficulty to unify the disparate institutional indoctrinations; into an integrated, synthesized and synergized societal system. And a societal system that exploits an inclusive methodology, which cultivates our shared values, and guides us to a state of virtuous autonomy.
In short, establishing an effective corporate society is about:
1. Integrating our diversity, with a passionate purpose that serves the greater good.
2. Synthesizing the micro‐cultural norms, of the interdependent tribes, via a shared mission.
3. Synergizing the societal values system, with the societal roles and goals.
4. Co‐creating peak experiences, while self‐actualizing our deepest joys.
5. And finally, realizing the infinite evolvement, of the truly transformative society.
And this can only be accomplished within a humanistic framework that embraces the diversely‐interdependent spectrum of balance, while also embracing the paradoxically‐dichotomous quest for joy.
And this is where the methods of honorable‐authenticity, compassionate‐confrontation, self‐forgiveness, and open‐reconciliation; come into play. For if we do not effectively use these methods as the foundation for our holistic care system (which is the foundation for an effective societal system), then we are destined for a life of revolution, instead of a life in evolution.
In essence, LUVRules.com will help usher in an effective new world order that maximizes our joy, while also fully realizing our individual peak experiences; via a societal system that fully exploits the truth of our interdependency.
Secondary Problem:
While co‐creating an inclusive societal system, with shared values, is the core problem. Cultivating leadership, for this proposed evolutionary societal system, is the secondary problem. Meaning, we must identify the innate problems in leading people. And they are:

1. People are diverse, and interdependently connected.
2. People are resistant to change; but change is the only constant.
3. Micro‐cultures/tribes/micro‐teams, actually run the corporate societies.
4. People value‐mask to attain: safety, security, belonging and status.
5. Our institutional indoctrinations must be transformed into an effective holistic care system.
Now that these problems have been identified, we must recognize the fact that people require singular leadership to help them find the truth and joy within themselves (or to help them attain a state of virtuous autonomy). And that people naturally form into tribes of no more than 150 people.
So to cultivate the necessary tribal leaders and monarchies, LUVRules.com has created an online communal holistic care system for all the disparate societies now ruling the inhabitants of mother earth. And does so by helping the tribal leaders, and monarchies, remove themselves from the equation. For if the tribal leaders and monarchies do not remove themselves from the equation, they will undoubtedly and narcissistically, masturbate their egos, until they attain the oh‐so‐cherished 'God Complex'.
So, for the monarchies, and tribal leaders, to remove themselves from the equation, they must: cultivate, nurture, manipulate, and rule over their top 15 leaders; so as to help them: cultivate, nurture, manipulate, and rule over their top 15 leaders... while making sure that no micro‐culture/village exceeds the size of 256 people.
And this requires a holistic care system that embraces the quest for joy:
1. Engage the journey, by taking passionate action!
2. Embrace the process with humility, for it is riddled with mistakes.
3. Build a bridge to belief, by experimenting with causality and the law of attraction.
4. Take the leap of faith, by trusting in your good works, to deliver you to the truth & joy within.
5. Become loyal to the method of effective kindness, and embrace the way of impartial nobility.
As things stand now, our disparate societies and cultures are all really cults. And this is because when a singular leader controls people’s safety and security (via a paycheck), people will do anything to belong, and worship most anyone, to gain status (therefore increasing their safety, security and belonging). However, this will most likely be done via value masking behavior. Which therefore creates a deluded sense of self‐esteem (rather than the truth of self‐actualization). So, the solution is in the attainment of virtuous autonomy. And this is what the ‘Global LUVRules Transformative Society’ is all about.
