On the first floor of the Porsche Experience Center, our restaurant «Le Maison Blanche» is a classy, elegant venue with an unbeatable view of the Le Mans tracks. Le Maison Blanche serves sophisticated, authentic French cuisine bursting with bold flavours,

carefully crafted by our chef Olivier Boussard.

The restaurant can seat 200 people or more, making it the ideal venue for your corporate functions.

ORCHESTRATED BY CHEF OLIVIER BOUSSARD.Olivier Boussard is a Sarthe local who demonstrated a talent and fascination for cooking from an early age. As a youngster, his ultimate goal was to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs and become one himself. So after completing his training, he headed for Paris and started knocking on the door of Michelin-starred restaurants.

He began at Le Miraville (one Michelin star), then moved to Le Pressoir (two Michelin stars), where he stayed for six years,

working his way up the ladder and developing his culinary personality. He then left Paris and became a chef at the hotel «Les Pyrénées» under Firmin Arrambide (two Michelin stars) in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.

In 1994, Olivier Boussard fulfilled his lifelong dream when he opened his own restaurant in his home town. Eight years later, he received his first Michelin star. In June 2011, he embarked on a new adventure, buying the old

«Les Mutuelles du Mans» building and transforming it into a spacious bistro.

Olivier Boussard is a Porsche owner whose upbringing was steeped in the atmosphere of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He is now living another dream, blending his vocation as a chef with his passion for Porsche at the Le Mans Porsche Experience Center.

Olivier Boussard finds his inspiration at local markets and in the endless potential for contrast – between products from land and sea, between hot and cold. All his dishes, made using seasonal produce selected fresh every day, are carefully designed to showcase the rich variety of

flavours in the French culinary landscape.

Never short of ideas, Olivier Boussard keeps his diners guessing right to the end of their meal, creating exquisite desserts that take them to new heights of culinary delight.
