1) To strengthen ties between Alumne, the community and the organization

2) Maintaining the update and current information of all Alumni

3) To Provide forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas and their views related to

the academic, cultural, and social issues of the day by organizing reunion of the

alumni

4) To report the alumnae about the progress of the College

8. Brief Outline of Key Topic covered in Event:

As per the planning done for the alumni get to gather, meticulous planning was done for the

successful gathering of all the alumni at DPCN. The day started off with welcoming of the

Guests by join alumni secretary Ms. pragna Patel and ms. janki mehta progressing further

welcome speech was delivered by alumni secretary Ms.khushbu patel to strengthen ties between

alumnae, the community and the organization. sweet welcome of guests was done by alumni

committee members. The address speech was given by Director B.H.Shelat for encouraging

students where stress was made to set an example of DPCN at their respective job places.

Later on each student were given an opportunity to share their past experience of their college

time which was really rejuvenating. All were mesmerized to hear regarding the experience which

was shared by them all. The atmosphere became emotional where all the students were recalling

their college days and promised to each other that they will meet each other once in a year. The

day ended with vote of thanks which was given by Ms. Nikita Bhrambhutt. After the gathering,

lunch was arranged at Dev motel and Banquet, Nadiad .
