A five-day workshop on “Instruments for HRD & OD” was conducted under the aegis of Dr. Udai Pareek HR-LABS from November 02-05, 2011 at EMPI Business School, New Delhi. The workshop was designed for Heads of HR Function desirous of driving change, through the use of Psychometric Tests, HRD Professionals wanting to use Psychometric Tests for Assessment Centers, Competency Mapping & Employee Development, Heads of Organizations & CEOs who also head the HR Function, Trainers, Psychologists, Consultants and Mentors. The Objective of the Programme were: • Development of in-house expertise for designing and using Psychometric Tests, as these are expensive to outsource. • Readily available 'Battery' of Psychometric Tests • Driving 'Change' using Psychometric Tests, specially Team building, Mentoring Processes and Managerial Effectiveness • Using these instruments to ascertain current levels of competence, thus preparing to initiate enhancement processes • Using these Psychometric Tests as tools for employee development • Access to Prof. Udai Pareek's Instruments Some of the Instruments used in the Workshop were: • Work Value • FIRO-B • IPNI • MBTI • TSI • PE • ASUFA • MAO-B • LEAD • Power Perception • Conflict Management OCTPACE
