A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism by Nolan McFadden

A

In this article we will consider the definition, origin, doctrines, historical development and

contemporary political impact of Esoteric Universalism.

I. Universalism defined

A. “1…The belief that all humankind will eventually be saved…Universalism, a product of

the 18th century Enlightenment, holds that all living beings will attain complete salvation.”

(1) This view regards people of all religions (including Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists,

Freemasons, New Agers, etc.) as our spiritual “brothers.” Universalism is based on the

philosophical belief that “…all religions are equally worthy…” as stated by French

philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778). Rousseau also advocated:

1) Democratic pantheistic Deism 2) Political Collectivism (collective will of the people – an

early form of Socialism/Communism) 3) Innate perfectibility of humanity (2) Of Rousseau´s

“totalitarian thesis”, J. S. Maloy wrote, “…the twentieth century added Nazism and

Stalinism to Jacobinism on the list of horrors for which Rousseau could be blamed…” (3)

B. “2. A political movement that proposes the unity of all people or states and the

elimination of obstacles that prevent their full communication and relationship.” (4)

Universalism includes: 1) universal brotherhood 2) universal government 3) universal laws

4) universal equality 5) universal (controlled) healthcare 6) universal spirituality 7) universal

liberty (right to sin) 8) universal religion 9) universal morality 10) universal depopulation (5)

C. As a political movement Universalism advocates global integration (i.e., Globalism or

Internationalism): one-world government (i.e., “New World Order” – H. G. Wells), world

citizenship, global laws (i.e., U.N. Agenda 21 and U.N. Agenda 2030), global

environmentalism, global solidarity, global disarmament, global economy, global banking,

global education, global security, etc. The founding of the United Nations in October of

1945 was the political actualization of Esoteric Universalism.

D. A Biblical Christian response to the concept of spirituality taught in Universalism:

1. As clearly revealed in the New Testament Scriptures, there are two completely

different spiritual realms (Luke 11:18, Acts 26:18). These are:

1) the eternal kingdom of Jehovah - the (singular) LORD God of Israel (Daniel 2:44; 7:27,

Zechariah 14:1-9, Matthew 6:10; 6:33, Luke 1:31-33; 13:28; 14:15, John 3:3-5; 18:36,

Colossians 1:13).

2) the temporary kingdom of “the god of this world” – “Satan” (or “Lucifer”, called the

light-bearer by Luciferians) See Isaiah 14:12-20, Mark 3:23-26, Luke 11:18 and

2 Corinthians 4:3-4.

2. There are two different spiritual families on the earth (John 8:41-47, 1 John 3:10).

They are: 1) the saved 2) the unsaved Only those who are born again of the Holy Spirit

by personal faith in our Lord Jesus Christ are in the LORD’s eternal family (John 1:12-

13; 3:3-7; 5:24, 1 John 3:7-10). Jesus and His first century apostles clearly taught that

those who reject Christ Jesus and His gospel message will not be saved. The apostle

2

John proclaimed, “He that believeth on the Son [Jesus] hath everlasting life: and he that

believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John

3:36). Without genuine repentance and conversion to Christ Jesus, the unsaved will

spend eternity in “the lake of fire.” Personal faith in Jesus and His gospel is the only,

true path to our Father in Heaven (John 14:1-6). The apostle Paul declared, “For I am not

ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one

that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:16) See John 3:13-36;

5:24; 10:1-10; 11:25-27; 14:1-6, Acts 4:12, Romans 1:16-17; 3:22-24; 5:1, 1 Corinthians

6:9-11, Galatians 5:16-21, 1 Timothy 2:3-6 and Hebrews 7:25.

E. A Biblical Christian response to the concept of Political Universalism also known as

global integration (i.e., Globalism, Internationalism):

1. As authentic Christians, we worship and serve only one Lord, one Master, one King

of kings – Christ Jesus who will establish His millennial kingdom in Jerusalem at His

personal, visible, literal second coming (Psalm 2:1-12, Isaiah 9:6-7, Micah 5:2,

Zechariah 14:1-9, Matthew 2:1-6; 23:8-10, Luke 1:31-33, 1 Timothy 6:14-15,

Revelation 19-20).

2. Our Lord Jesus does not call genuine Christians to be citizens of a one-world

government system which will eventually be led by the global leader known as the

antichrist (Daniel 7:23-24, 1 John 2:18, Revelation 13-14). In fact, believers in Christ

Jesus are commanded to not be “unequally yoked together with unbelievers” in

2 Corinthians 6:14-18. In like manner, we are warned about the global “MYSTERY

BABYLON” of the last days in Revelation chapters 17-18. The apostle John wrote,

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye

be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have

reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” (Revelation 18:4-5)

As Christians, we are already regarded as citizens of Heaven through faith in

Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:20-21, 1 Peter 1:3-4). Moreover, we are also citizens of our

nation-states. In the Scriptures, nations are regarded as valid governments (Acts 2:5-

11, Revelation 5:9). Moreover, national boundaries are considered valid boundaries

by our LORD in Joel 3:2 and Acts 17:26. Likewise, in the Holy Bible the LORD God of

Israel affirms the value, dignity and rights of the individual and the right of

individuals and families to own private property (1 Kings 21:1-16, Matthew 20:1-16,

Acts 5:1-4).

II. Doctrines of Universalism

A. Universalism is taught among the following religious groups: 1) Freemasonry 2) The

Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

of Unitarians and Universalists 6) Universalist Church of America 7) Unity School of

Christianity 8) Christian Universalist Association 8) Neo- Hinduism 9) Sufism

10) Cabalism 11) Gnosticism 12) Sikhism 13) Zurvanism 14) Scientology

15) Christian Science 16) New Thought movement 17) New Age Movement (6)

B. Universalism proposes that there are many paths to God. All religions are considered

valid paths to God. Universalists believe that all living beings will eventually be saved.

Page 3: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

C. Universalism denies the existence of “hell” (or “the lake of fire” Revelation 20:10-15,

KJV) as a literal place of eternal punishment of the unsaved. This teaching is also

propagated by the Jehovah’s Witnesses. In fact, Charles Taze Russell, the founder of

the Jehovah’s Witnesses (Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, International Bible

Students) was heavily influenced by the Knights Templar Freemasonry of his day.

Russell embraced satanic teachings and symbols of Western Occultism, Theosophy

and Unitarian Universalism and included them in his teachings. (7)

Although many contemporary Jehovah’s Witnesses have gone to great efforts in

their attempts to discredit the historical facts, these occult teachings were included in

forming the belief system of the JW.ORG religious cult which began in Pennsylvania in

the late nineteenth century. Consider seven examples:

1) C.T. Russell advocated a semi-Gnostic view of Christ’s resurrection believing it

occurred only in “spirit.”

2) The Watchtower teaching of the “invisible” return (or “appearance”) of Christ in 1914

is similar to the occult teaching of the “reappearance” of the Christ spirit propagated by

Occult/New Age teachers.

3) As found in New Age/Occult religions, the Holy Spirit is viewed by Jehovah´s

Witnesses as a “life force” or “active force” of energy instead of an eternal Person.

4) Mr. Russell held the occult/satanic belief in the spiritual power of the pyramid

(triangle) and even requested to be buried under a giant occult, Masonic pyramid at his

gravesite.

5) Russell blended ancient, pagan Egyptian occult symbols in his writings and books

(pagan Egyptian winged-sun-disk, the symbol of Knights Templar Freemasonry, etc.)

6) Russell frequently used Masonic words and concepts in his books and writings

including: “New World”; “Golden Age”; “mystery”; “secret”; “initiated”; “the Divine

Order”; “Grand Master”; “Grand Architect of the Universe”; “new light”; etc.

7) Russell´s “Old Light, New Light” doctrine is a form of open revelation. Open

revelation is also believed by Theosophists, New Agers, Hindus, etc.

Sufficient evidence is presented to demonstrate that the same terms and symbols

used by C.T. Russell in Watchtower literatures had been previously recorded in the

writings of both high level Freemasonry and the English Theosophical Society of his

day. Mr. Russell merely “borrowed” their teachings and blended them with his own

distorted views. See the book The Watchtower and The Masons by Fritz Springmeier.

D. Other religious sects inspired by the Luciferian Mysteries of Illuminized Freemasonry

include: 1) Mormonism (founded by Freemason Joseph Smith) 2) The Theosophical

Society (co-founded by Freemasons Helena Blavatsky and Annie Besant) 3) Christian

Science (8)

E. In his book En Route to Global Occupation author Gary Kah quoted from two standard

reference writings of Freemasonry to explain the Freemason concept of

universality. “If Masonry were simply a Christian institution, the Jew and the Moslem, the

Brahman and the Buddhist, could not conscientiously partake of its illumination; but its

universality is its boast. In its language, citizens of every nation may converse. At its altar

Page 4: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

4

men of all religions may kneel. To its creed, disciples of every faith may subscribe.

(Mackey's Encyclopedia of Freemasonry, p. 439)…”

“…It [Masonry] reverences all the great reformers. It sees in Moses, the Lawgiver of the

Jews, in Confucius and Zoroaster, in Jesus of Nazareth, and in the Arabian Iconoclast,

Great Teachers of Morality, and Eminent Reformers, if no more: and allows every brother

of the Order to assign to each such higher and even Divine Character as his Creed and

Truth require. (Morals and Dogma, p. 525) Masonry, around whose altars the Christian,

the Hebrew, the Moslem, the Brahmin, the followers of Confucius and Zoroaster, can

assemble as brethren and unite in prayer to the one God who is above all the Baalim,

must needs leave it to each of its Initiates to look for the foundation of his faith and hope to the

written scriptures of his own religion. (Morals and Dogma p. 226) In a Lodge consisting entirely

of Jews, the Old Testament alone may be placed upon the altar, and Turkish Freemasons may

make use of the Koran. Whether it be the Gospels to the Christian, the Pentateuch to the

Israelite the Koran to the Mussulman, or the Vedas to the Brahman, it everywhere Masonically

conveys the same idea-that of the symbolism of the Divine Will revealed to the man. (Mackey's

Encyclopedia of Freemasonry, p. 133)…” (9)

F. A Biblical Christian response to the doctrines of Universalism:

1. Personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His gospel message is the only true path

to our eternal Father in Heaven (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, 1 Timothy 2:5). Tragically,

those embracing the non-Christian belief known as Universalism falsely assume that

sincere religious people of all faiths are children of God and will go to Heaven when

they die. Universalism is clearly contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ and His

apostles as set forth in the New Testament Scriptures (John 1:12-13; 3:36; 5:24; 8:24;

14:6, Acts 4:12, 1 Timothy 2:5). A personal decision of faith in Christ Jesus and His

gospel is necessary for salvation (John 3:36, Acts 16:31, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8). In

fact, if Universalism is true, the sinless, substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ for

sins would never have been necessary (2 Corinthians 5:21). In addition, the great

commission of our Lord Jesus Christ is made void by Universalism (Matthew 28:19-

20). Why preach the gospel to unbelievers if they are already children of God and

citizens of Heaven? Yet, the command of Christ has not changed (Matthew 28:18-20,

Mark 16:15-16, Luke 24:46-48, Romans 10:14-15)

2. Our Lord Jesus and His disciples taught the existence of “hell” (or “the lake of fire”

KJV) as a literal place of eternal punishment of the unsaved. See Matthew 10:28;

25:41-46, Luke 16:19-31, 2 Thessalonians 1:6-9 and Revelation 14:9-12; 20;11-15;

21:8.

III. Origin and historical development of Universalism

A. The fallen angel known as “Lucifer” (called the “light-bearer” by Luciferians), who is

also called “the Devil,” “the great dragon” or “Satan” in the Holy Bible, appears to be

the spiritual source and inspiration for the doctrines of “universality” (Isaiah 14:12,

Revelation 12:9; 13:7). The results of these teachings are conflict, chaos, crisis, murder,

wars, destruction and deception. The actions clearly reveal the spiritual source of their

inspiration – “Lucifer” (“the Devil”). See John 8:43-44; 10:10. Subsequently,

Universalism is to be accurately regarded as including “doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy

Page 5: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

5

4:1) The doctrines of “universality” appear to have been propagated during the

“Enlightenment” of the 17th and 18th centuries by the Cabalists, the Illuminatenorden -

Order of the Illuminati (Bavarian Illuminized by Lucifer Freemasonry of Professor Adam

Weishaupt), the Luciferian French Freemasons and Jacobins who helped incite the

murderous massacres of the Reign of Terror during the French Revolution. (10)

B. Freemason author Alice Bailey revealed in her book The Externalisation of the

Hierarchy the central role of Freemasonry in the propagation of occultism. She wrote,

“The Masonic Movement when it can be divorced from politics and social ends and

from its present paralyzing condition of inertia, will meet the need of those who can,

and should wield power. It is the custodian of the law; it is the home of the Mysteries

and the seat of initiation. It holds in its symbolism the ritual of Deity, and the way of

salvation is pictorially presented in its work. The methods of Deity are demonstrated in

its Temples, and under the All-seing Eye the work can go forward. It is a far more occult

organisation than can be realized, and is intended to be the training school for the

coming advanced occultists. In its ceremonials lies hid the wielding of the forces

connected with the growth and life of the kingdom of nature and the unfoldment of the

divine aspects of men.2…” (11)

C. In the book entitled When Humanity Comes of Age New Age author Vera Alder wrote,

“The Mystery Teachings were cherished and kept alive in various ways and under

various guises. Freemasons, Rosicrucians, Alchemists, Kabbalists, Yogis and many

other such were all keeping some aspect of the Teaching alive, in more or less

uncorrupt form. These people gave their lives to this precious work because such

knowledge was believed to be man´s key to Godhood and to his true destiny.4…” (12)

D. In order that the reader might understand how evil, perverse and satanic is the

Luciferian doctrine taught in high level Freemasonry, we will quote from the nineteenth

century Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry Albert Pike. Let’s consider the

Gnostic Freemason doctrine of “the divine dualism.” Gary Kah noted, “The theological

doctrine of Freemasonry was explained in the “Instructions” issued by Albert Pike on

14 July 1889 to the twenty-three Supreme Councils of the world. His words were

recorded by A.C. DeLaRive in La Femme el L’Enfant dans la Franc-Maconnerie

Universelle (p. 588). “If Lucifer were not God, would Adonay (The God of the Christians)

whose deeds prove his cruelty, perfidy, and hatred of man, barbarism and repulsion for

science, would Adonay and his priests, calumniate him? Yes, Lucifer is God, and

unfortunately Adonay is also God. For the eternal law is that there is no light without

shade, no beauty without ugliness, no white without black, for the absolute can only

exist as two Gods: darkness being necessary to light to serve as its foil as the pedestal

is necessary to the statue, and the brake to the locomotive…”

“…In anological and universal dynamics one can only lean on that which will resist.

Thus the universe is balanced by two forces which maintain its equilibrium: the force of

attraction and that of repulsion. These two forces exist in physics, philosophy and

religion. And the scientific reality of the divine dualism is demonstrated by the

phenomena of polarity and by the universal law of sympathies and antipathies. That is

why the intelligent disciples of Zoroaster, as well as, after them, the Gnostics, the

Page 6: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

6

Manicheans, and the Templars have admitted, as the only logical metaphysical

conception, the system of the two divine principles fighting eternally, and one cannot

believe the one inferior in power to the other. Thus, the doctrine of Satanism is a

heresy; and the true and pure philosophic religion is the belief in Lucifer, the equal of

Adonay; but Lucifer, God of Light and God of Good, is struggling for humanity against

Adonay, the God of Darkness and Evil.7…”

“…These doctrines are, in their entirety, heresy [and blasphemy against Jehovah].

Pike not only turns the truth upside down, but he adds [false] material. In short,

Masonic doctrine places Jesus Christ under the control and at the mercy of Lucifer,

labeling the Holy God of Israel a demon…” (13)

E. In her book entitled WORLD REVOLUTION THE PLOT AGAINST CIVILIZATION, Nesta

Webster explained, “It is a commonly accepted opinion that the great [global]

revolutionary movement which began at the end of the eighteenth century originated

with the philosophers of France, particularly with Rousseau. This is only to state half of

the case; Rousseau was not the originator of his doctrines, and if we were to seek the

cause of revolution in mere philosophy it would be necessary to go a great deal further

back than Rousseau – to Mably, to the Utopia of Thomas More, and even to Pythagorus

and Plato…At the same time it is undoubtedly true that Rousseau was the principal

medium through which the doctrines of these earlier philosophers were brought home

to the intelligentsia of eighteenth century…”

“…It is not then to the philosophers, but to the source whence they drew many of

their inspirations, that the great dynamic force of the Revolution must be attributed.

Rousseau and Voltaire were Freemasons; the Encyclopededie was published under the

auspices of the same order.1 Without this powerful aid the drawing room doctrinaires of

the eighteenth century could no more have brought about the mighty cataclysm [French

Revolution] of 1789 than could the Fabian Society have produced the world revolution

of [Marxism] today. The organization of the Secret Societies was needed to transform

the theorizings of the philosophers into a concrete and formidable system for the

destruction of civilization…” (14)

F. One of the most influential leaders in the history of Freemasonry was the nineteenth

century Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry Albert Pike. Mr. Pike is the author

of a standard reference writing for all Freemasons entitled Morals and Dogma of the

Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry (Washington, DC., House of the

Temple, 1966). In this writing Freemason Albert Pike referred to the Kabalah, an ancient

book of occultism, as “a second Bible” in Freemasonry. (15) Moreover, Mr. Kah quoted

Albert Pike as identifying the Kabalah as the source of knowledge and symbols of

Freemasonry. Albert Pike declared, “All truly dogmatic religions have issued from the

Kabalah and return to it everything scientific and grand in the religious dreams of all the

illuminati, Jacob Boehme, Swedenborg & Saint-Martin, and others, is borrowed from the

Kabalah; all the Masonic Associations owe to it their Secrets and their Symbols. The Kabalah

alone consecrates the alliance of the Universal Reason and the Divine Word; ... it alone

reconciles Reason with Faith, Power with Liberty, Science with Mystery; it has the keys of the

Present, the Past, and the Future. (Morals and Dogma, p. 744) One is filled with admiration, on

Page 7: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

7

penetrating into the Sanctuary of the Kabalah, at seeing a doctrine so logical, so simple, and at

the same time so absolute. (Morals and Dogma, p. 745) (16)

G. Likewise, Gary Kah quoted from Sovereign Pontiff Albert Pike who revealed the real

source of “light” and inspiration of Illuminized Freemasonry. Mr. Pike proclaimed, “Lucifer

the Light-hearer! ... Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light ... Doubt it not!

(Morals and Dogma, p. 321) (17)

H. In his book En Route to Global Occupation author Gary Kah demonstrated how the doctrine

of Christ is denied in Freemasonry. Mr. Kah observed, “As with the New Age movement, the

central theme of Freemasonry is universality, an attempt to unite all the world’s religions

under one umbrella. To do so, it conveniently demotes Jesus Christ from being the Son

of God to being a mere spiritual master on the same footing as Buddha or any other

religious leader. “Masonry…is Religion, a worship in which all good men may unite, that

each may share the faith of all.8” (Joseph Ford Newton, The Builders, p. 242) describing an

experience he had in a London lodge with sons of various faiths, Joseph Newton writes:

“…Where else, except in a Masonic lodge, could men of many religions meet, each praying for

all and all for each one? It taught me one lesson: If ever there is to be a Religion of

Brotherhood on earth, it must begin with a Brotherhood of Religions. (The Builders, pp. 223-

224)” (18)

I. The teachings of universality are being used by Satan to unite unsaved people of all

false religions and most governments of the world in global unity. This is helping to

prepare the hearts and minds of humanity for the future rise of the global leader

identified in Bible prophecies as “the antichrist” (first “beast”) and the false prophet

(second “beast”) of Revelation chapter thirteen.

J. A Biblical Christian response to the “unity” of Universalism: Let us remember that there

is a clear difference in the Scriptures between the world’s false unity and the authentic,

biblical “unity” which is produced by the Holy Spirit only among true believers in Christ

Jesus. Not all “unity” is from Jehovah God. The Devil also has the ability to “unite” his

people for a “common” cause (Revelation 13). People may be united in rebellion against

Jehovah to do evil works as in Genesis 11:1-4, Matthew 27:1-2 and Mark 3:6 . As

Christians, we are warned and commanded by our Lord Jesus to, “Take heed that no

man deceive you.” (Matthew 24:4-5) Therefore, we affirm that a unity with false

spirituality, false teachings and false teachers is, and always will be, A FALSE UNITY.

IV. Contemporary political impact of Esoteric Universalism

A. Political Universalism accompanies Religious and Philosophical Universalism. In New

Age Universalism, as in Monism, there is no essential difference between truth and

falsehood or right and wrong. They are all ultimately part of the same Universal One. In

this belief system, one cannot pass judgment on another since all is universally “equal”

and “relative.” All is to be accepted as One and the same. In Universalism there is no

absolute standard for truth, morality or for anything. All is made relative to one’s

perception of truth. What is reasonable to you becomes your “truth.” In Universalism

God is required to forgive and save all and permitted to judge none with eternal

punishment because this is what is required by sin distorted human Reason.

Page 8: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

8

The true Sovereign of the Universe – Jehovah is thereby subjected to the will of

sinful humanity. God’s will is denied and the will of “the People” is enthroned. The

LORD God of Christianity loves us and wants us to be saved from our sins (John 3:16-

36). God commands “all” people to repent of their sins and believe “the (singular)

gospel of Christ” (Mark 1:14-15, Acts 17:30-31). Universalism rejects God’s command to

repent of sin and believe in Jesus as the only true path to God the Father (John 14:1-6).

Rather, Universalism attempts to conform God to the sinful reasoning of man. Thus, the

doctrine of universality negates God’s moral commands and His will as clearly revealed

in the Holy Bible (John 14:15-23). Subsequently, in New Age Universalism sin reigns.

Universal “equality” means that nothing may be regarded as false which is believed

to be true by another. Otherwise, one’s “equality” has been denied. Therefore, those

who believe that truth is found in “all” religions are, in effect, proposing that all

religions are universally “equal,” valid and true. If one believes that a doctrine of a

religion, such as Muslim jihadism, may not be regarded as false and evil, then he or she

is led to believe that the doctrines of all religions must be viewed and accepted as

equally true and valid. This is New Age “moral and cultural equivalency.” Everything is

viewed as “morally and culturally equivalent”. This is the spiritual reality of New Age

ideology. New Age Universalism is not capable of passing judgement against evil. The

logical end of New Age Universalism is AMORALITY.

Thus, in Universalism there is no valid basis for establishing just laws, passing

judgement against evil conduct, distinguishing truth from falsehood or a moral right

from a moral wrong. Universalism not only denies the will of God, but also defies logic

and sound reason. For we know that a premise cannot be both true and false at the

same time and in the same way. As a result, in New Age Universalism falsehood reigns.

If one believes that all religions are basically the same, it is easy to move on to the

occult, monistic premise that “all are One.” If we are “all One,” it is only reasonable to

believe that all should unite for the “common good.” Thus, Religious Universalism =

one-world religion. Political Universalism = one-world government. These are inevitably

based on the false doctrines of Darwinism, Monism and ethical relativism.

Consequently, in New Age Universalism the Devil reigns (John 8:42-47).

B. According to the “History of Occultism and One-World Movement” chart on page 94

of En Route to Global Occupation, Gary Kah identified “FREEMASONRY/ILLUMINATI”

as the source of “MARXISM, Theosophical Society, the World Council of Churches and

the New Age Movement.” (19) Mr. Kah wrote, “What follows is a brief overview of the events

leading up to the creation of communism and the birth of the Soviet Union. In 1847 an

obscure intellectual by the name of Karl Heinrich Marx joined one of the branch organizations

of the Illuminati called the League of the Just 116 Occult Theocrasy states, "It is a fact that for a

certain length of time Mazzini [the European leader of illuminized Freemasonry] and Marx were

closely associated."117 Mazzini and his International Masons would use Marx to penetrate and

subvert the growing Socialist Labour movement 118 So obvious was Marx's connection with

Mazzini that, during the early days of the Russian Revolution, the revolutionaries called

themselves Spartacusts (after Adam Weishaupt's illuminati pseudonym) before becoming

known as Bolsheviks and later as Communists.119 During the mid 1800s, the labor movement

9

of France had begun to organize hoping to improve the conditions for their working class.

Toward this end, they sent a deputation of French working-men to England in 1862 "to observe

the utility of Trade Unions in protecting the interest of the workers."120 Seeking to learn from

their English counterparts they intended to bring about some peaceful changes in their own

country. illuminized Freemasonry, however, saw in the Working-men's Association "the very

instrument they needed for carrying out their plans.121 Karl Marx, residing in London at the

time, was frequently found in the clubs and cafes where the working-men gathered. Having

successfully penetrated these circles, he was named to the sub-committee at the meeting in St

Martin's Hall on 28 September 1864 when the Internationale was founded.122 The other

members of the committee were Mazzini's personal secretary named Wolff; Le Lubez, a

French Freemason; Cremer, the secretary of the English Masons' Union; and Weston, the

Owenite.123…”

“…At the very first meeting of this committee "Wolff placed before it the statutes of

Mazzini's working-men's associations, proposing them as the basis of the new association."124

Although the statutes were presented by Wolff, Marx later stated, "My propositions were all

accepted by the commission..."125 So close was Marx's affiliation with Mazzini that he viewed

Mazzini's proposals as if they were his own. These "provisional statutes of the Internationale"

were then sent from London to Paris in the following November where they were officially

ratified and the French Internationale was founded. 126 E. E. Fribourg, in his book L

'Association Internationale Des Travailleurs, published in 1871, stated that “the

Internationale everywhere found support in Freemasonry.”127 The support was

particularly forthcoming from the lodges of the Grand Orient 128…” (20) Thus, to put this

in perspective, Freemasons Mazzini, Wolff, Le Lubez and Cremer, who were illuminated

by Lucifer, helped create and financially support Global Socialism / Communism and

the horrors that followed. As a result, over 100 million people were murdered in Marxist

/ Socialist / Communist led purges, wars, massacres and death camps during the

twentieth century. (21) See http://www.freemasonrywatch.org/communism.

C. With high level Lucifer-Illuminated Freemasons involved in the creation and funding

of World Marxism / Socialism / Communism (today known as Progressivism), we are

better able to understand the spiritual reason for the anti-Christian persecutions, loss of

religious and political freedoms, the violence, mass murders, massacres, chaos, wars

and horrific violations of human rights that have occurred for over a century where

Marxists / Socialists / Communists seized control of governments. In his book Marx and

Satan author Richard Wurmbrand presents credible evidence from the early writings

of the primary founders of Marxism (Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels) that both were

initiated as young men into a Satanic sect of Luciferians by Cabalist Moses Hess

(1812-1875). Author Richard Wurmbrand concluded that Hess, Marx and Engels were

involved in “consciously exploiting Satanic powers.” (22)

Because of his Christian faith and ministry, Mr. Wurmbrand was imprisoned and

tortured by Marxists / Socialists / Communists in one of their labor/“re-education”

camps. He would not renounce his Christian faith. Over the years, the Christian

ministry Voice of the Martyrs in Bartlesville, Oklahoma has reported eyewitness

accounts of the atrocities done against Christians by Marxists / Communists. We may be

10

assured from “the Scriptures of truth” that our living LORD (Jehovah) and His angels

will fully avenge what has been done to His people at the hands of these evil, Hell-

bound butchers (Romans 12:19, 2 Thessalonians 1:3-9). If ever one verse of Scripture

summarized the doctrines and deeds of Marxists / Socialists / Communists it is Psalm

14:1. King David declared in Psalm 14:1, “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no

God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth

good.”

D. Global integration and one-world government is rooted in the Lucifer-inspired

doctrines of Cabalism, Gnosticism and Illuminated Freemasonry. Occult researcher

Gary Kah explained, “The history of Freemasonry, I discovered, was also the history of

the secret societies, and the history of the secret societies is the history of organized

occultism-particularly in the Western world. Perhaps the most complete history of

organized occultism has been provided by Albert Pike in his 861 page occult classic entitled

Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry (more

commonly referred to by Masons as simply Morals and Dogma). Drawing from the sources

available to him as the long-time leader of Freemasonry (1859-1891), Pike was able to

trace the chronological growth and spread of the Mysteries over the face of the earth

from ancient Babylon down to the present-day Masonic Order. In reference to the esoteric

doctrines of the Mysteries, Pike states: The communication of this knowledge and other

secrets, some of which are perhaps lost, constituted, under other names, what we now call

Masonry, or Free, or Frank Masonry...The present name of the Order, and its titles, and the

names of the Degrees now in use, were not then known…But, by whatever name it was known

in this or the other country, Masonry existed as it now exists, the same in spirit and at heart ...

before even the first colonies emigrated into Southern India, Persia, and Egypt, from the cradle

of the human race [ancient Babylon ].17…”

“…Pike goes on to remark, “We reproduce the speculations of the Philosophers, the

Kabalists, the Mystagogues and the Gnostics.”18 Dozens of supporting statements are

scattered throughout the same volume, leaving no doubt that Pike meant what he said. Other

Masonic reference works provide a similar account of the Order's roots. The Freemason's

Monitor, for example, explains: Our records inform us, that the usages and customs of Masons

have ever corresponded with those of the Egyptian philosophers, to which they bear a near

affinity. Unwilling to expose their mysteries to vulgar eyes, they concealed their particular

tenets, and principles of polity, under hieroglyphical figures; and expressed their notions of

government by signs and symbols, which they communicated to their Magi alone, who were

bound by oath not to reveal them.19…”

“…The story would be different in the Mediterranean where the gospel was accepted in

large numbers, in spite of fierce persecution against those who believed. Within a few

generations there were so many Christians in this region that the high priests of the Mysteries

of Greece, Rome, and Egypt began to lose their control. The teachings

of Christ went head to head against the pantheistic beliefs and occult practices of the priests,

exposing them for what they were. The more the believers were persecuted, the larger their

numbers grew, until finally the occult priests were forced to go underground in order to keep

their secret knowledge and traditions alive. These occult teachings have been handed

Page 11: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

11

down from generation to generation ever since, kept alive in the Western world by the

secret societies, which are little more than a continuation of ancient occult priesthoods.

Satan's plan was to keep his priesthood and secret doctrines alive until, being sufficient

in number and power, the priesthood could once again seize control over his lost

territories. Gnosticism, the most effective and widely accepted form of pantheism, was more

deceptive and clever than the others, developing the occult's only major counter explanation to

the message and person of Christ The Gnostics were the chief adversaries of the Apostle Paul

and the early Church, relentlessly pursuing Christians wherever they went, long before the

mystery religions even began to crumble. According to Albert Pike, Gnosticism was an offshoot

of Kabalism, an oral occult tradition, which was adhered to by a minority of the Jews. At some

point, which remains uncertain, these occult teachings were reduced to writing, and the

Kabalah was born. On page 626 of Morals and Dogma, Pike states, "The Kabalah is the key of

the occult sciences; and the Gnostics were born of the Kabalists…”

“…Kabalism was merely a unique version of the ancient mysteries specifically designed to

deceive God's chosen people. Unlike the other mysteries, its teachings dealt specifically with

Israel, offering occult counter-explanations to the revelations of the prophets, complete with a

cleverly disguised occult interpretation of the history of Israel. Moses, for example, rather than

being the righteous prophet of God who led the Israelites out of Egypt, was made out to be an

occult figure whose purpose was to initiate the Israelites into the enlightened and more

advanced teachings of Egypt. If Kabalism could be viewed as the occult counter-explanation of

the Old Testament, Gnosticism, existing as a further development of Kabalism and taking into

account Satan's “new problem" posed by the risen Christ, would serve as the main occult

counterattack against the New Testament. Thus, Kabalism and Gnosticism combined,

composed a type of occult parallel to the Old and New Testaments. Gnosticism,

although originally composed of Jewish occultists, rapidly gained Gentile followers

until it soon became predominantly Gentile. As the priesthoods were forced to take on

new forms, Gnosticism became a magnet for these occult adepts. Branches of

Gnosticism represented the first significant secret societies of the post-resurrection

era, with various degrees or levels of initiation and the inner circle of initiates

worshipping Lucifer…” (23) Out of one of these secret societies in Bavaria in the

eighteenth century rose the occult Plan toward the creation of a new world order.

E. The phrase “new world order” (NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM) had its origin in the

Bavarian Illuminated Freemasonry of Professor Johann Adam Weishaupt (1748-1830).

Sarah Tusa noted, “Inspired by the revolutionary writings of Rousseau, Jean-Jacques,

Weishaupt founded the Illuminatenorden [Order of the Illuminati] in 1776. The members

of this secret society sought to promote the ideals of the Enlightenment by recruiting

civil servants, university professors, the clergy and nobility to infiltrate government.”

(24)

F. Let’s consider the following facts about Professor Johann Adam Weishaupt:

1. Johann Adam Weishaupt was born on 1748 at Ingolstadt in the Electorate of Bavaria

(now a part of Southern Germany) which was part of the Holy Roman Empire. (25)

2. The parents of Weishaupt were Westphalian. Weishaupt’s father Johann Georg

Weishaupt died in 1753. Weishaupt was five years old. He was subsequently raised by

Page 12: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

12

his godfather Johann Adam Freiherr who was director of the high-school at Ickstatt.

Weishaupt’s godfather was a proponent of the false philosophies of Christian Wolff and

the Enlightenment. (26)

3. Weishaupt was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. (27)

4. Weishaupt was educated by Roman Catholic Jesuits (the Society of Jesus) at the

Jesuit College of Ingalstadt. The college was founded by Jesuits in 1556. The prominent

Dutch Roman Catholic Jesuit priest Peter Canisius, S. J. was the first head of the

college. Keep in mind that Canisius was anti-Protestant and anti-Anabaptist. Canisius

exerted considerable influence on the Jesuit educated Ferdinand I, Emperor of the Holy

Roman Empire. Canisius used his influence to bring persecution on Protestants and

Anabaptists in Germany. In fact, we read, “The college was the headquarters of the

Jesuits in Germany, and became a center of the Counter-Reformation. Many of its

members taught at the University of Ingolstadt…The Jesuits and their supporters soon

dominated the University of Ingolstadt.[4]…” (28)

5. Weishaupt became professor of civil law at the Jesuit University of Ingolstadt in 1772.

“After Pope Clement XIV’s suppression of the Society of Jesus in 1773, Weishaupt

became a professor of [Roman Catholic] Canon Law [at the Jesuit University of

Ingolstadt], [13] a position that was held exclusively by the Jesuits at that time…” (29)

6. Weishaupt was a proponent of Rationalism (the worship of Reason). (30)

7. On May 1st 1776 Weishaupt founded a secret society known as the Order of the

Illuminati (Illuminatenorden) in Bavaria. (31)

8. Weishaupt built the hierarchical organization of his new order according to the

pattern of the Jesuits. (32)

9. Weishaupt adopted the name of “Brother Spartacus” within the Order of the

Illuminati. (33)

10. Weishaupt’s “…aim was to replace Christianity with a religion of Reason, as later did

the [Jacobin and Freemason] revolutionaries of France and the 19th century positivist

philosopher Auguste Comte. The order was organized along Jesuit lines and kept

internal discipline and a system of mutual surveillance based on that [Jesuit] model.”

(34)

11. “Weishaupt was initiated into the Masonic Lodge “Theodor zum guten Rath”, at

Munich in 1777. (35)

12. Weishaupt and his agents recruited many of the Freemasons of Europe for

admission to the Order of the Illuminati at the international convention of Freemasons

held at Wilhelmsbad from 16 July to 29 August, 1782. (36)

13. Weishaupt was an early proponent of a one world government. He wrote, “It is

necessary to establish a universal regime and empire over the whole world….” (37)

14. The second most prominent leader of the Order of the Illuminati was the famous

Freemason Freiherr von Knigge. Knigge “…accused Weishaupt of “Jesuitism”, and

suspected him of being a Jesuit in disguise” (Nachtr., I, 129)…” (38)

15. After the plans of the Illuminati were exposed to the government of Bavaria, the

Order of the Illuminati was officially banned by the Bavarian government in 1784.

Weishaupt was removed from his teaching position at the University of Ingolstadt. In

Page 13: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

13

February of 1785, Weishaupt fled from Ingolstadt and resettled two years later in Gotha.

(39)

16. The Bavarian government investigated the Order of the Illuminati. In 1786: “They

issued a report in which they concluded, “…the express aim of the Order was to abolish

Christianity, and overthrow all civil government.” (40)

17. The teachings and the spirit of the Order of the Illuminati spread in the masonic

lodges of Europe, “…especially that of France, was rather accelerated than retarded by

the persecution [of the Illuminati] in Bavaria.” (41)

18. Weishaupt proposed, “…illumination, enlightening the understanding by the sun of

reason, which will dispel the clouds of superstition and of prejudice.” (42)

19. Weishaupt declared, “Reason will be the only code of Man. This is one of our

greatest secrets…When at last Reason becomes the religion of man, then will the

problem be solved.” (43)

20. Weishaupt wrote, “The true purpose of the Order was to rule the world. To achieve

this it was necessary for the Order to destroy all religions, overthrow all governments

and abolish private property.” (44)

21. Weishaupt reported, “The pupils [members of the Illuminati] are convinced that the

Order will rule the world. Every member therefore becomes a ruler.” (45)

22. Weishaupt taught, “We must do our utmost to procure the advancement of the

Illuminati into all important civil offices.” (46)

23. Weishaupt proclaimed, “By this plan, we shall direct all mankind. In this manner,

and by the simplest means, we shall set all in motion and in flames. The occupations

must be so allotted and contrived, that we may, in secret, influence all political

transactions.” (47)

24. At some point in his life, Weishaupt separated from his Roman Catholic faith.

According to the Catholic Church at Gotha, Weishaupt was reconciled to the Roman

Catholic Church in his later years. In the Catholic Encyclopedia we read, “After 1787 he

[Weishaupt] renounced all connection with secret societies, and again drew near to the

[Catholic] Church, displaying remarkable zeal in the building of the Catholic Church at

Gotha. He died in 18 November, 1830, “reconciled with the Catholic Church, which, as a

youthful professor, he had doomed to death and destruction” [i.e. French Revolution] –

as the chronicle of the Catholic parish in Gotha relates.” (48)

This historical data concerning J. A. Weishaupt compels us to consider the following

questions:

1) Was the Order of the Illuminati (Illuminatenorden) founded by Adam Weishaupt a

front group of the Society of Jesus meant to avenge the suppression of the Jesuits by

Pope Clement XIV and the Monarchs of Europe?

2) Was Weishaupt operating as an agent of the Jesuits or was he operating independent

of the Jesuits?

3) Was the infiltration of European Freemasonry by the Order of the Illuminati the

forming of a secret alliance between Illuminated Freemasons and Illuminated Jesuits?

4) Did the alliance formed between the Bavarian Illuminati and the Freemasons of

Europe include an initiation of Illuminated Luciferianism (sun-worship)?

Page 14: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

14

5) Were the same Luciferian teachings, initiation and strategies of the European

Illuminati embraced by the eighteenth-century Martinists and nineteenth-century

Marxists? (49)

G. In summary, “the Plan” of the Illuminati in the eighteenth century was to work to

create the conditions necessary for the replacement of the old world order and the

establishment of a new world order of universal “liberty, equality and fraternity” which

would be under the direction of the Illuminati and their spiritual master/spirit guide

Lucifer. Nesta Webster summarized the evidence obtained from the four professors as

presented by John Robison in his book entitled PROOFS OF A CONSPIRACY AGAINST

ALL THE RELIGIONS AND GOVERNMENTS OF EUROPE,… Mrs. Webster explained,

“Reduced to a simple formula the aims of the Illuminati may be summarized in the

following six points: 1. Abolition of Monarchy and all ordered Government. 2. Abolition

of private property. 3. Abolition of inheritance. 4. Abolition of patriotism. 5. Abolition of

the family (i.e. of marriage and all morality, and the institution of the communal

education of children). 6. Abolition of all religion. Now it will surely be admitted that the

above forms a programme hitherto unprecedented in the history of civilization.

Communistic theories had been held by isolated thinkers or groups of thinkers since

the days of Plato, but no one, as far as we know, had ever yet seriously proposed to

destroy everything for which civilization stands. Moreover, when, as we shall see, the

plan of Illuminism as codified by the above six points has continued up to the present

day to form the exact programme of the World Revolution [i.e., Communist Manifesto,

Humanist Manifesto I and II, etc.], how can we doubt that the whole movement

originated with the Illuminati or with secret influences at work behind them?...” (50)

H. In addition, Nesta Webster noted examples of purposely “engineered agitation”

carried out by French Freemasons in the months prior to the beginning of the French

Revolution (example – “the artificial scarcity of grain” created by the massive purchases

of grain by Freemason Grand Master of the Grand Orient – the Duke of Orleans). She

concluded, “But in the French Revolution we see for the first time that plan in operation

which has been carried on right up to the present moment – the systematic attempt to

create grievances in order to exploit them…” (51)

When some of the plans of the Illuminati were reported to non-Illuminati government

authorities, Professor Weishaupt was removed from his teaching position and

“banished from the Bavarian States.” (52) Subsequently, the Order was outlawed in the

Bavarian States but the work of the movement continued to spread in the Masonic

Lodges of Europe. The allegations raised against the Bavarian Illuminati were portrayed

as ridiculous and mere fiction by many Illuminati Freemason leaders at the time.

Nevertheless, after the horrific, murderous actions of the French Freemasons and

Jacobins in the Reign of Terror of 1793-1794 during the French Revolution, there should

have been absolutely no doubt as to how lethal “The Plan” of World Revolution was in

Europe and in other nations.

I. Likewise, the involvement and aid of Illuminated Freemasonry in the American

Revolution; invasions of Napoleon in Europe; civil war in the United States; rise of

World Communism; World War I and World War II should have been a very clear

Page 15: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

15

forewarning of things to come. (53) NOTE: DUE TO THE FOLLOWING DATA, A SERIOUS

WARNING IS PRESENTED HERE TO ALL MY AUTHENTIC BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN

CHRIST. DO NOT BE DECEIVED, APATHETIC, UNINFORMED OR UNPREPARED FOR

THE INCREDIBLE FUTURE CONDITIONS THAT WILL OCCUR ON THIS PLANET. PAY

ATTENTION TO THE WARNINGS OF OUR LORD JESUS IN MATTHEW 24:1-14.: It is

reported that Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry Albert Pike, assisted by the

Ten Ancients of the Grand Lodge of the Supreme Orient at Charleston (SC), wrote a

letter (in Masonic style) to their co-conspirator in world revolution Giuseppe Mazzini in

August of 1871 directing an “anti-clerical policy” in Italy with “secular education” and

the “expulsion of the religious orders.” The letter also included significant data

concerning a horrific Plan that Pike received from his spirit guide (Lucifer) which was to

be put in action. (54) Considering Albert Pike´s atrocities during the years of the U.S.

civil war, I have no reason to doubt that he was capable of writing such a letter.

Nevertheless, I decided to investigate the authenticity and accuracy of the Pike letter.

As I searched out this matter, I found that there are in general two primary versions of

this letter in circulation. First, the earliest, shortened version is an excerpt from near the

end of the letter. It appears to be the oldest and most accurate. It is verified in at least

three books: 1) LE PALLADISME CULTE DE SATAN – LUCIFER DANS LES TRIANGLES

MACONNIQUES by Domenico Margiotta published in 1895 2) THE CAUSE OF WORLD

UNREST by Nesta H. Webster published in 1920 3) EL MISTERIO DE LA MASONERIA by

Cardinal Jose Maria Caro Rodriguez of Santiago, Chile first published in Spanish in 1920

The first older and short version of Pike´s letter reads, “That is why, when the autocratic

Empire of Russia will have become the citadel of Papal Christianity (adonaisme papiste),

we shall unchain the revolutionary Nihilists and the Atheists, and we shall provoke a

formidable social cataclysm which will demonstrate clearly to the nations, in all its

horror, the effect of absolute unbelief, mother of savagery and of the most bloody

disorder. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the mad

minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate these destroyers of civilization, and the

multitude, disillusioned of Christianity, whose deist soul will up to that moment be

without compass, thirsting for an ideal, but not knowing where to bestow their worship,

will receive the True Light , by the universal manifestation of the pure Luciferian

doctrine, at last made public, a manifestation which will arise from the general

movement of reaction following the destruction of Atheism and Christianity, both at the

same time vanquished and exterminated." (55) Regarding this incredible letter, Nesta

Webster concluded, “…Now this letter is at least as old as 1896 (if it is a forgery); if it is

genuine, it is as old as 1871. It must therefore be considered remarkable, whether as a

forgery or as a genuine document. For it predicts what has happened in Russia, and it

claims for its authors that they were preparing to bring about what has happened…” (56)

The second version of Pike´s letter includes additional data concerning three world

wars. The third world war has not yet occurred. These wars are viewed by occultists as

being necessary in order to prepare the nations for global unification and an occult-

based New Global Order. (57) (58) (59) (60) I found it difficult to trace and verify the origin

of this second version of the letter. It is either: 1) a more complete version of the original

Page 16: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

16

letter revised using modern English or 2) a modification of the original letter rewritten

using modern English. In either case, the implications are horrific.

This second chilling version of the letter reads, “The First World War must be

brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in

Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences

caused by the “agentur” (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic

Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built

and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the

religions…The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the

differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought

about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to

institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War,

International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance

Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we

would need it for the final social cataclysm…

…The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences

caused by the “agentur” of the “Illuminati” between the political Zionists and the leaders

of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem

Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other.

Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight

to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall

unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social

cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute

atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the

citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will

exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with

Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or

direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will

receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer,

brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general

reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both

conquered and exterminated at the same time." (61)

Regarding Pike´s Plan a researcher noted, “One message that Albert Pike received

from his "spirit guide," and which in reality we know to be a demonic vision, he

described in a letter that he wrote to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871. This letter

graphically outlined plans for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring

about the One World Order, and we can marvel at how accurately it has predicted events

that have already taken place. This is not because the devil has powers of prophecy, but

because his agents have undertaken to manipulate political events to closely follow his

designs. For a short time, this letter was on display in the British Museum Library in

London, and it was copied by William Guy Carr, former Intelligence Officer in the Royal

Canadian Navy.” (62)

Page 17: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

17

Moreover, whether Albert Pike is the actual author of the letter is, at this point in

time, irrelevant. It is the historical actualization of the letter by Luciferian agents among

the nations for more than a century that has proved to be so very lethal. As author

Jeremiah Jameson pointed out, “Albert Pike and his 1871 blueprint for bringing about

the New World Order through the strategy of staging Three World Wars is a hot topic for

these end times. The reader may say, “I don´t believe any of this.” That´s not nearly as

important as what the instigators – those who carry out Pike´s work - believe. They

clearly believe it. And so, because of what someone else believes, readers who are

highly skeptical will nonetheless suffer…” (63)

J. Now, pay close attention to what researcher and author Nesta Webster wrote a century

ago: “…They are aiming definitely AT SETTING THE EASTERN WORLD AGAINST THE

WESTERN, [Currently NATO against a China and Russia alliance] and therefore it is

their intention to UNITE THE EAST and bridge over all religious and national

differences. The gospel they are secretly preaching is Pan-Oriental, and their desire is

to shake authority in the States under Christian tutelage and to arouse anti-Christian

sentiment in Independent Eastern States. Asia against Europe is the object at which

they are aiming, and no doubt the plotters hope to gain their ends in the world-wide

confusion that would accompany A WAR BETWEEN EAST AND WEST [World War

Three?]. One of the objects of the secret conspiracy is “with the aid of Europe to

promote on other continents sedition, dissension, and mutual hostility…” (64)

Contrast their murderous, satanic, Luciferian agenda with God´s command in Hebrews

12:14: “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the

Lord:..” It does not take much time for us to recognize the very great difference in

beliefs between Biblical Christianity and Masonic Luciferianism. As Joshua declared,

“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom you will

serve; whether the [false] gods which your fathers served that were on the other side

of the [universal] flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for

me and my house, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD [NOT LUCIFER OR HIS HELL-BOUND

SERVANTS].” PRAISE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST!

K. How real is this Devil-directed Kabbalist/New Age/Masonic agenda? The reader may

listen to reports about personal conversations New Age/Illuminati teacher George

Green had in the past with Illuminati members at

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sG3GsiivqU The report is entitled “This is how they

plan to KILL us.” (65) If you remain unconvinced, visit the “The Ten Commandments of

the New Age” set forth at The Georgia Guidestones Center Cluster erected on March

22, 1980 near Elberton, Georgia on highway 77. The first command reads, “MAINTAIN

HUMANITY UNDER 500,000,000 IN PERPETUAL BALANCE WITH NATURE.” Since the

current population of the world stands well over six billion people, the reader might

ask if he or she is included in the “UNDER 500,000,000” allowed to live. The sixth

command says, “LET ALL NATIONS RULE INTERNALLY RESOLVING EXTERNAL

DISPUTES IN A WORLD COURT.”

Let us remember that “the Plan” for World Revolution was also introduced to

Marxists / Communists and Fabian Socialists (now known as “Progressives”) by

European Freemasons (including Giuseppe Mazzini) in the nineteenth and early

twentieth centuries. We need only compare the teachings of eighteenth century

Illuminated Freemasons (such as Adam Weishaupt) to the nineteenth century

Communist Manifesto of Karl Marx to observe how similar they are, and how great this

Masonic influence has been in shaping the doctrines of Marxism / Socialism /

Communism / Progressivism in the modern era.

L. Furthermore, the Masonic influence is far reaching. Inspired by Darwinism, Fabian

Socialism and the Theosophy of Freemason, Fabian Socialist, Theosophist Annie

Besant and Freemason, Theosophist Helena Blavatsky, H. G. Wells wrote the book

entitled THE NEW WORLD ORDER which was originally published in 1940. This

esoteric doctrine of the creation of a “New World Order” had a tremendous impact on

key leaders in the West, throughout the twentieth century. These include President

Franklin Roosevelt, Vice-President Henry Wallace, President Richard Nixon, President

George Bush and many others. During the past eight decades, this book has been

used as a practical blueprint for the incremental establishment of the “New World

Order.”

Several years prior to the founding of the “United Nations”, Mr. Wells, who was a

British Socialist and very influential author of the twentieth century, advocated in this

book: 1) “the World State” in Chapter 12; 2) a “United States of the World” in Chapter 7;

3) a “great synthesis of nations” in Chapter 11; 4) “a secular movement toward a single

world order” in Chapter 11; 5) “world community” in Chapter 10; 6) “a new world order”

in Chapters 8, 10, 11, 12; 7) “world socialism” in Chapters 8, 10; 8) “world citizenship” in

Chapter 12; 9) “new world money” in Chapter 12; 10) “world collectivization” in

Chapters 4, 7, 10, 11; 11) “internationalism” in Chapter 12; 12) “”socialization” in

Chapter 12; 13) “collective unity” in Chapters 11, 14; ) self-realization” in Chapters 7, 12;

15) “international policeman” term used three times in Chapter 7; 16) “disarmament

police” found twice in Chapter 12; “etc. (66)

Keep in mind that Mr. Wells and other Fabian Socialists were influenced by the same

Esoteric Universalism of Freemason, Theosophist Annie Besant who aided Helena

Blavatsky in writing the The Secret Doctrine. This work advocates the esoteric theory of

seven “spiritual races” – a “doctrine of devils” embraced by Adolf Hitler and other

deceived students of esotericism. (67) (68)

Also, in the 1992 book entitled Earth in the Balance - Ecology and the Human Spirit

by former Vice-President Al Gore we find the same destructive philosophy of Jean-

Jacques Rousseau revived with elements of Monism, Universalism and the global

omega point vision of Jesuit Roman Catholic priest Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. (69)

Author Dennis Cuddy has prepared a chronology of quotes which identify proponents

of the New World Order and show its development. For the complete list log on to

M. A Biblical Christian response to the contemporary political impact of New Age

Universalism:

Satan’s lies are interconnected. The belief in one Lucifer-inspired lie (such as

Darwinism, Monism or Universalism) leads unsaved humanity to believe additional lies

Page 19: A Biblical Evaluation of Universalism - Liberty To The Captives Overview of... · 2020. 11. 3. · Theosophical Society 3) Unitarian Universalism 4) Bahai Faith 5) International Council

19

until they are ultimately consumed in lies and totally under the control of “the father of

lies.” See 2 Thessalonians 2:1-14. Only “the truth” and “the true Light” found in Jesus

Christ and His Word - the Holy Bible set people “free” from Satan’s lies and false

doctrines (John 8:31-47; 10:10).

In John 8:31-32 we read, “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye

continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and

the truth shall make you free.” Likewise, the apostle Paul wrote concerning the false

“spirituality” of many in the last days. Paul warned, “I charge thee therefore before God,

and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and

his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke,

exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not

endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,

having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be

turned unto fables.” (2 Timothy 4:1-4) In like manner, the apostle Paul very specifically

warned Christians about the world’s false philosophies. In Colossians 2:8-10 Paul

instructed, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after

the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him

dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the

head of all principality and power:”

N. Also, the apostle John taught believers to discern the spirits operating in false

teachers by evaluating their teachings. Compare their teachings to the “sound

doctrine” of the New Testament. John commanded, “Beloved, believe not every spirit,

but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out

into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus

Christ is come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus

Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye

have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God,

little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he

that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the

world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of

God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.” (1 John

4:1-6) May your heart and mind be enlightened by the Spirit of truth in the Scriptures of

truth (Psalm 119:130-173, John 16:13). On the next page is a chart of comparison

between New Age beliefs and Biblical Christian beliefs (2 Timothy 3:1-5).

NEW AGE BELIEFS:

1. All is One (Monism). This is based on the eastern religious belief that there is only one ultimate substance, energy or reality.

2. All is God (Pantheism). We are all part of God, so we are all God. God is viewed as an impersonal force, “active force” or “life energy.”

3. God is in everything and in everyone (Panentheism). All faiths are viewed as valid paths to God. Thus, in New Age spirituality, blending beliefs (religious syncretism) is acceptable.

4. All religions are One (syncretism). There are many paths to God – Universalism.

5. The message of the new gospel is – “Global Oneness.” The belief is that we are all part of the Universal One. Since we are all One, we should unite as One. The end result is one world government and one world religion based on “Earth Spirituality.” “One earth, One people, One spirituality”

6. Man is a divine being. We are all a part of God. Therefore, we are God (or gods). This same lie is found in the Devil’s counsel to Eve in Genesis 3:5.

7. Mankind’s problem is ignorance of his own divinity. Mankind’s solution is enlightenment through consciousness of one’s own divinity.

8. The doctrines of Karma and evolution of the spirit are believed. Death precedes reincarnation. The soul is “recycled.” Source = Eastern Religion “Mother Earth” = Mother Gaia (ancient Greek earth goddess) Ecology views are based on “deep ecology” and “Gaia hypothesis.” Mother Earth is viewed as a deity to be venerated.

BIBLICAL CHRISTIAN BELIEFS:

1. Our universe was created by the LORD. It is not a part of Him. The Creator is not the same as the creation (Matthew 19:1-6, Romans 1:20-25).

2. The LORD is a personal, conscious, spirit being. He can be known in a personal relationship (John 4:23-24; 17:3, 2 Timothy 1:12). There are two different spiritual realms (Acts 26:18).

3. There are two different spiritual families on the earth (John 8:41-47). Only those who are born again of the Holy Spirit are in the LORD’s eternal family (John 1:12-13; 3:3-7; 5:24, 1 John 3:7-10).

4. Personal faith in Jesus Christ is the only path to our Father in Heaven (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, 1 Timothy 2:5).

5. The message of the true gospel is, “…Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures; (1 Cor. 15:3-4). There is only one true gospel of Christ. All other gospels, including the “new gospel,” are false gospels of this world. See 2 Cor. 11:3-4 and Gal. 1:6-11.

6. Man is a sinner in need of spiritual regeneration (Romans 3:23; 5:12, Galatians 3:22). Our hope is not in fallen humanity or in ourselves. Rather, our hope is in our LORD (Joel 3:16).

7. Mankind’s problem is sin. The LORD’s solution is to repent of sins and believe the gospel (Mark 1:14-15, Acts 3:19-26; 17:30-31, Rom. 1:16).

8. Death precedes physical resurrection and judgment (Heb. 9:27). Believers in Jesus will go to Heaven and receive a new glorified body (Phil. 3:20-21). Mankind has been given authority and responsibility for dominion and stewardship of the earth by the LORD (Gen. 1:27-28). All false gods, including Gaia, are idols (Psalm 96:5).
