Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day! Christmas Lunch Evening Nativity Performance for Families

Wednesday 21st December Christmas Parties Whole School Trip to Dick Whittington pantomime at King George’s Hall, Blackburn

Christingle Service It was fantastic to receive such an amazing amount of support for our Y5/6 and school choir Christingle Service which was held in our school hall last night. The children had all worked incredibly hard to research and write the service, including writing their own poems and learning the songs – a truly fantastic performance by all involved. Sincere thanks to everyone who made a voluntary contribution during the event… a massive £75.60 was raised! This money will be shared between the choir and Shark class to further support their work – for the choir and their performances and Shark class in their work towards their ‘ArtsAward’ from the Arts Council. Nativity Tickets FINAL remaining tickets for this years Nativity performances are now on general sale (£1 per ticket) available from the school office. Christmas Party – CHANGE OF DATE! The EYFS and KS1 party will now take place on Wednesday 21st December as we’ve received notification from Santa that his diary was getting a little to full to be able to guarantee a visit to let us know who was on his ‘good’ list as we had originally hoped! Breakfast Club REMINDER From Monday 9th January our Breakfast Club is changing the opening time to 7.45am… the cost will also be increasing to £2.50 due to increasing costs. Breakfast Club / After School Club Please remember to book your child’s place before we finish for Christmas in order to secure your child’s place for the first week in the New Year!

Don’t forget… you can now…
