22 HOUSEKEEPING TEST
The purpose of this test case is to test the housekeeping channels.
22.1 Test Configuration MPR has to be equipped with AUX peripheral unit (see ref. [VI]). The alarm polarities for input and output alarms to be taken into account for the test is the following:

22.2 Test Procedure • Enable the housekeeping connectors PIN • Connect the multimeter to the PIN direction output and set the instruments properly
for the test • Check the alarms • Connect the PIN direction input to the ground as shown in the figure above and act in
a way to open or close the circuit • Check the status of the alarm • Perform the test setting first the status of the alarms as normally closed and second as
normally open
22.3 Test Result The alarms will appears and disappears coherently with the settings applied.
22.4 Remark In case of output alarm the electrical characteristics are the following: open contact: 2V < |V|< 60V; |I| < 0.2mA closed contact: 0V < |V|< 2V; |I| < 50mA In case of input alarm the electrical characteristics are the following: open contact: 2V < |V|< 60 V; |I| < 0.2mA closed contract: 0V < |V|< 2 V; |I| < 50mA
