#I_am_creative and #I_am_an_entrepreneur were the buzzing hashtags on the social media of all of our entrepreneurs for the 8th issue of 90D. They spread creativity, hope, ambition, excitement, hard work, determination, perseverance, team work and entrepreneurship with their posts and comments.

In this issue, we present to you young entrepreneurs who started small through a social media account to become leading entrepreneurs. Traditionally, starting your own business required you to have a stable financial capital and office. These young entrepreneurs did not have to wait five years to prove themselves and become successful. Social media is a cost-free and direct way to reach out to consumers and investors. A single hashtag can be more effective than expensive commercials and advertisements.

#I_am_creative had 7,000 tweets in three months and within a short period we were able to reach out to the creative people in our community and gather them to share and promote their interests. We were able to create a database of creative people in the society and reach out to them to provide them with the right environment for them to produce their work.

We gathered the creative people and we offered them training to bring their dream projects and products into tangible reality. We were overwhelmed with the number of participants we had which inspired us to set up the first market for their products, titled: #I_am_creative Market.This will not be the end of #I_am_creative. We will come back with more workshops and training sessions to empower and support as many creative entrepreneurs in the Saudi society as possible.

»#أنا ـ مبدع #أنا ـ ريادي« عبارة تغنى بها كل مبدعي العدد الثامن من دليلنا من خالل وسائل التواصل اإلجتماعي.

. كلهم مبدع .. كلهم طموح و أمل … كلهم حماس و عمل … كلهم إصرار و مثابرة … كلهم تفاني … كلهم تعاون … كلهم ريادي.

نعرض لكم في هذا العدد رواد أعمال شباب، بدأوا قصتهم بحساب بسيط على موقع االنستقرام ليكونوا رواد أعمال التواصل اإلجتماعي.

في هذا العدد يتالشى الفكر القديم و اللذي يطالب برأس مال و موظفين و مقر قبل البدء بأي مشروع، مبدعي هذا العدد بدأوا من ال شيئ! ففي كافة المجاالت، أوجدوا منحى

جديد لريادة األعمال و التجاره و تفوقوا على من سبقوهوم من الرواد بفتره جدا وجيزة. اليوم ال يحتاج المشروع ٥ سنين ليثبث نجاحه، فلقد وفرت وسائل التواصل أهم عامل

لنجاح اي مشروع و هو الوصول للفئة المستهدفة بكل سهولة و بأقل التكاليف. من غير إعالنات باهضة آو حمالت مبالغ فيها، فالهاشتاق اليوم يجمع للمستثمر كل الفئات و

الشرائح !

فمثال حققت حملة #أنا ـ مبدع عدد سبعة آالف منشور خالل ٣ أشهر عالهاشتاق، و تمكننا بذلك من الوصول الى آالف المبدعين و التعرف عليهم من خالل الهاشتاق و حققنا

بذلك هدفنا في بناء قاعدة بيانات ضخمة لمبدعي السعودية في فترة قصيرة بفضل الهاشتاق.

رسالتنا في حملة #أنا ـ مبدع هي : فتح آفاق الشباب بإمكانية عمل مشاريع مختلفة بمدخول عالي من مجاالت إبداعية منوعة. و ذلك بتهيئة المناخ و الظروف المالئمة اللتي

تمكنهم من التنويع في مشاركتهم في كافة المجاالت ليكونوا مشاريع ناجحة و مبدعة.حيث تم تدريب عدد من المبدعين و مساعدتهم في تحويل ابداعاتهم لمنتجات و سلع

ربحية، فتحول بذلك جنون اإلبداع الى مشاريع نابضة لمستقبل مشرق بعون هللا.. و نتج عن الموسم األول من الحملة عدد كبير من الرواد و اللذي ألهمنا حماسهم لتدشين

أول سوق للمبدعين أطلقنا عليه مسمى سوق #أنا ـ مبدع.

و من هنا سيكون إطالق كل عدد من دليل اإلبداع مره واحدة مع كل موسم للحملة لنصل إلى أكبر عدد من المبدعين في كل موسم .

في كل فكرة تحدثت فيها مع صاحبها، وجدتها مليئة بالشغف لتكون أكثر

من مجرد فكرة وحسب، بل إنها فكرة حولها صاحبها إلى مشروع، ووظف

جميع المواهب والقدرات الغير محدودة لتحقيق هذه الفكرة لتكون بصمة

متفردة، فكانت ريادة تستحق بكل جدارة أن تنافس في مجال األعمال .

لدي فكرة، لدي حلم، هي جمل حية مازالت تتنفس في قلوب الناس، ولكن

البعض اكتفى بها مخزنة في ذاكرته، والبعض اآلخر حققها، ففي أي فئة،

تستطيع أن تقول: أنا من هؤالء ؟!

كان وال زال السعي من أسباب تحقيق األحالم واألفكار، واليوم أصبحت

وسائل الوصول أكثر من ذي قبل، فهل مازالت الهمم عالية لتحقق أفكار

وأحالم تحتاج منك فقط القرار !

إبدا بإنشاء عملك ومشروعك الخاص، تميز بالتفرد ، واظهر لنا شخصيتك كما

لم نعرفها من قبل، ففي ريادة األعمال تستطيع أن تكون على سجيتك بال

معارضة تطلب منك االتباع ! ابتكر طرقك الجديدة، واعزف لنا احساسك من

خبو وارتفاع، فاالنتقال من نغمة إلى نغمة مبهج بال روتين الوتيرة الواحدة

في كل النغمات، وإنه للحن أخاذ حين يطلق لنفسه العنان بعيدا عن نفس

المسارات !

وكذلك لحن الحياة مبهج أكثر باالنتقال، بالطيران، باالختالف، باالبتكار، باإلبداع،

االتقان، االنتباه، االكتشاف، االنجاز، اإلصرار،...، ألنه حلمك، المحمل بكل أفكارك،

وأشواقك التي تريد أن تسرده حقيقة من بين حقائق الحياة، إرادة وريادة ..

فهل قررت أن تخوض المغامرة وتكون من الرواد ؟!

In every time I talked about an idea with its inventor, I found it full of passion to be more than just an idea. It is an idea that its inventor turned it into a project or a business and have hired many unlimited talents and abilities in order to left a unique imprint to be worthy to compete in business field.

sentences such as: I have an idea, I have a dream, are seeing as alive sentences which are breathing in people's hearts. Some people still keeping them stored in their memories while others did achieve them. In which category you can find yourself?!

pursuit was and still one of the important methods to achieve dreams and today the means of achieving dreams are available more than before. so do you still have the intention to achieve these dreams which only need a decision made by you?!

start establishing your own work or project, be unique and show us your real personality that you never show before. in Entrepreneurship you can be as you are without any opposition asking you to follow. create your own new methods and play your feelings of ups and downs to us as moving from a tone to another is more delightful than one routine pace. It is a breathtaking melody when it be unleash away from the same tracks.

as well as the life's melody is more delightful by transition, by flying, by difference, by innovation, by creativity, perfection, attention, discovery, achievement, determination, ..., because it is your dream that is full of your ideas and your passion which you want it to be a fact among the other life's facts, Will and leadership .. والرقعة في لوحة واحد ألنتج فنا فريدا.

My project is about doing Arabic Calligraphy on posters for wall art. I aim to fight the visual pollution and spread the art of Arabic Calligraphy by using different types of Arabic Calligraphy letters (Diwani – Thuluth – Farsi – Riqaa) together to make a unique artwork.

The people am targetting are youth (Male & Female) 18-35 Years old A message and advice to the new people on social media is to know that Art is about commitment.

My project started 11 months ago where I began a small art project that is turning into a brand of artistic furniture called “Pieces of Me”. My pieces are all made of wood and designed/hand painted (by me).Basically, I have turned furniture into my canvas!

مشروعي بدأ قبل 11 شهرا عندما بدأت مشروع فني صغير تحول إلى عالمة تجارية خاصة باألثاث الفني تسمى ب«قطع مني«. جميع قطعي مصنوعة من الخشب ، مصممة ومصبوغة بيدي المجردة. بشكل أساسي، حولت األثاث إلى مساحة رسم وتصميم.

My vision for “Pieces of Me” to be a recognizable artistic and unique furniture brand. because I aim to make sure each piece is a work of art as well as comfortable and durable.

What makes my project unique is the idea that furniture should look different from the front and the back. This is mainly because I would like “pieces of me” to break the cliché rule of having chairs put against the wall. I make my pieces in a way that allows them to be placed in the middles of your spaces.

My drawings are all inspired from my vivid African origin and this what makes them stand out. I believe anything that revolves around culture is very rich.

Anything that is creative always offer the community a teaching experience that is both eye opening and inspirational. I hope to inspire others to push boundies and be creative in whichever field of design they choose. Also I think I will encourage people to stick to their roots in terms of inspiration. Just go for it! Take risks, make mistakes you never know until you try so leap and don’t be afraid. There is no right or wrong in creativity.

رؤيتي لمشروعي أن يكون معروف على النطاق الفني وفريد من نوعه كعالمة

تجارية لألثاث. فأنا أهدف أن أجعل كل قطعة بحد ذاتها فنية وفي نفس الوقت

مريحة ولطيفة.

إن مايجعل مشروعي مختلفا عن غيره هو أنني أصمم القطعة لتبدو مختلفة من

األمام عن الخلف. مما يجعلك الإراديا غير قادر على لصق الكرسي »كما هو معتاد«

عند الجدار. وإنما وضع قطعة األثاث الفنية في منتصف الغرفة ليسهل رؤية جمالها

واختالفها من األمام و الخلف. فأنا أريد االبتعاد عن المسلمات واألشياء العادية في

األثاث و التصميم.

جميع رسوماتي مستوحاة من أصولي األفريقية الحية بداخلي وهذا ما يجعلني مميزة. فأنا أؤمن أن كل شيء يتمحور عن

الثقافة هو أمرغني كمادة فنية أو معنوية.

أي شيء مبدع يعطي المجتمع فرصة استثنائية للتعلم مما يفتح األعين ويوسع

اآلفاق لالستلهام. أتمنى أن أتمكن من جعل اآلخرين يستلهمون أفكارا من أعمالي في أي مجال تصميمي يدخلونه. كما أنصح الجميع

أن يلتزمو بأصولهم من أجل أن يستلهمو أفكارا خالقة وشخصية لتثري أعملهم

باالنفرادية واالبداع. افعلوها، خاطروا، جربوا، فلن تعرفو قيمة األشياء ومدى نجاحها إال إذا جربتم، حتى وإن لم تنجحو فأنتم

المستفيدون أوال وأخيرا. التخافوا، فال يوجد صح أو خطأ في عالم التصميم واإلبداع.

My project is working on products from my illustration creation on T-shirst, cups, and bags. I hope to reach my goal one day where I have my own brand with my illustration style on it. I want to florish and have my products on a larger scale.

My illustration style and the quality of my products from Covers, Shirts and bags is what makes me different. I also add some values on my project which is to uplift the artistic taste and deliver the youth ideas thru my products.

The message I want to deliver to those who are new to social media is to have ambition and good well for the project they want to offer the society and God will help them reach their goal.

We are a company that collects and ships from China to any country around the world.We provide a P.O.Box and virtual accounts for the foreign customer and Arabian customer specifically in China to collect his purchased products and reship them to any address the clients ask for. We want to ease the shopping from the Chinese market and with minimum charge and with the shortest shipping time. We simply removed the basic obstacle which is the Chinese language by providing shopping assistance.

Our goals are:1- To provide shipping company from China to Saudi cities and the side countries as well.2- To open a selling website that includes the Chinese seller and the Arabian shopper, and the prices are much less than the Arabian market.3- Open an office and storage in Saudi Arabia to cover the middle east.The reason why we are unique is:1- We offer services to the Arabian customer in China with Arabic Language.2- We are the FIRST company with Saudi hands offering that kind of service in China and there are still no competitors.3- We ease the shipping and reduce the cost by collecting the whole purshases and send them once.

Our team consist of three Saudis and one Chinese person.

مشروعي عبارة عن خدمة فردية و ليس للمجتمع في تقديم قطعة منفذة من الى تحت طلب الزبون و خاصة به

أنصح المصمم/ة أن ال تتردد ابدا في مشاركة ابداعاتك مع األخرين فانتقادتهم سبب تقدمك.

My Project is Naz Shop which is hand drawing on ceramic in different shapes such as cups, plates and so on. according to the client’s wish. My goal is to become known and famous as an artist creative in my artistic field in its all aspects. I also hope that one day my name become known whenever its called or mentioned.

What makes my products unique is that it is very accurate and sophisticated merged with creativity. Which differentiate it among other businesses. My project offers its services to the client individual not society. Each piece is unique because it is upon request from the person.

I advice you to never hesitate to share your awesome work with others. Because their criticism is your key to move forward.

Just to make the definition more clear for whoever misunderstands the two words. Recycling requires energy or water to break down materials, Upcycling only requires your own creativity. My project is about turning unwanted/leftover old items into a useful retro creation, the use of creativity in ideas to be sustainable and Eco friendly.

I wanna have the opportunity to give workshops on how to develop such ideas, creations, and have them seen or sold to the public to grab inspiration and spread environmental awareness. My project educates people on the benefits of upcycling, Implement long term sustainability through training upcycling of waste, to create green solutions for corporate and conscious individuals.

What’s special about my project other than its handmade, it’s still not really well know or have been seen in the Saudi market. You don’t always see a woman who enjoys breaking glass, drilling and soldering wires to come with a creation. The project offers a positive impact on the environment and how it can be used creatively. You can make all types of products, whatever comes on the mind, it can transform into something unique.

My own state of mind is my team. I pray that one day it can use creativity to reach zero waste environment and a new era of upcyling waste artists. I encourage you all never throw away old items, it can come in handy...

السعودية. فمن غير المألوف أن تجد امرأة تستمتع بتحطيم الزجاج وحفر ولحم األسالك

لتخترع في النهاية.مشروعي يقدم فرصا إيجابية للبيئة وكيف

يتم توظيف المهارات بطريقة إبداعية. فأنتم تستطيعون عمل جميع أنواع المنتجات ، أي شيد يخطر ببالكم، يمكن أن يصبح ويتحول إلى شيء

فريق عملي هو حالة ذهني الصافية التي تمدني باألفكار. أتمنى وأدعو أن يأتي يوم نستخدم فيه

بطاقات حبر مميزة ألنها تنتج باللغة العربية ولكل بطاقة لمسة خاصة بها. هدف البطاقات

الترحيبية التي أنتجها رسم االبتسامة على أوجه الناس وهدف مشروعي تشجيع المواهب اليافعة

والمصممين المحليين بإستغالل موهبتهم في بناء المجتمع.

أنصح المقبلين على وسائل التواصل أن يقوموا بدراسة سوقهم ويحسنوا تسويق منتجاتهم.

مشروعي هو سلعة جديدة في جدة تدعى »ترحيبات حبر«، يختص مشروعي في تصميم

بطاقات ترحيبية باللغة العربية وما يماثلها من المنتجات. بدأ المشروع معي بتصميمي بطاقات

لعائلتي وأصدقائي ثم بدأ الناس بطلب تصاميم مختصة بمواسم ومناسبات معينة، وبعدها أصبحت

My project is a new brand based in Jeddah called Hibr Greetings for Arabic greeting cards mainly and other paper goods. I started off designing printed and digital greetings for my family and friends few years ago and I was asked to design cards for different holidays and occasions so I started sharing my designs and inspirations on social media sites such as Instagram@hibrgreetings.

Hibr greeting cards are special because they are made in Arabic and aims to draw a smile on people’s faces. Also, it encourages young talents to build their community.

I advice those who are willing to start their business on social media to study their market well and advertize for their product the right way. Never give up from failing.

التصوير ألن المناسبة ما إن تنتهي ال يبقى للعروسين إال هذه الذكريات و ال أريد

للعروسين أن يتذكروا فقط من الزفاف زفتهم و أنفسهم فقط ، بل أريدهم

أن يتذكروا كل لحظة ، كل شخص ، كل ضحكة و كل ابتسامة لهم في ذلك اليوم.

أؤمن بأن كل مصور يحمل بصمته و رؤيته الخاصة في التصوير و إنتاج الفيديو النهائي

و هذا ما يميز مشروعي عن غيره.

I see that Plastic Art is very good due to the fact that it comes from the inner sense of the artist to reach the eye of the viewer. this kind of art needs more support from the media and the higher authorities especially that it is from the recent records kind of art.

I aim to have an organization that gathers the Plastic Art artists in the Kingdom in an exhibition to show what we can do.

My project is Awareness interactive Posters Campaign “Changing People’s Perceptions Toward Disabled”This proposed project aims to change people’s opinion, thinking, and attitude towards disabled adults as an important category in our society (Saudi Arabia). Moreover, to prove that graphic designer can solve social problems through visuals.

What make me different is that I try combining my major as a graphic designer with the social problems trying to solve them through creative designs. The opportunity I want to give to my society comes from my experience, as a sister of an autistic brother. He lacks communication since childhood. There are no schools or specialized centers nor qualified human who can teach this category in our society. In addition, the lack of sufficient awareness in our society making it difficult to treat disabled cases. Therefore, I chose this subject as an important issue afficting people with special needs and their families.

Finally, my advice to everyone who is new to social media to “Build something you believe in” and do your best.

Our concern came from that the world is losing more & more precious heritage sites due to wars and conflicts. Feeling responsible towards what is left created such passion to contribute to the matter by designing interactive cultural programs. We aims to provide well-tailored, certified, and comprehensive cultural program which aims to sign agreements with local & regional universities to accredit the programs as part of the students’ academic hours.

As we wish that our program could benefit all, yet we think the following categories are our potential targets;a) Specialists: designers, calligraphers and photographers.b) College students & faculties.c) Average individuals who have special interest in this subject matter.

We provide cultural themed programs. So far we have 3 products: (CAMII) which is an architectural program in affiliation with the Marmara University in Istanbul. (ZIRYAB) another program takes place in Andalusia, Spain in collaboration with the Foundation of the Great Mosque in Granada (Andalusian Tour) is our third program a lighter one designed for students.

مشروعنا هو »دفتر« نقدم من خالله أغلفة دفاتر بصور جرافيكية مرسومة مراعين اهتمامات

الجمهور لما يحبون. كما نقوم باستخدام عبارات عربية وأمثال متداولة شعبية في الرسم و االخراج.

My project is Daftar (means notebook in Arabic). We design graphical notebook covers while taking in mind our generation land our culture. Also, we use common or casual Arabic phrases that catch people’s attention. The vision is to be the first choice for writing notes with pens. What makes us different is our way of converting common ideas or phrases into cool notebook covers.

I love drawing in all its types. I like to try new things & learn. I see myself mostly in Graffiti and doodling my own charachters in “Miley World”.

أود أن أرى أطباء مبدعين في عملهم و مبدعين في أمور أخرى وبإذن اهلل أن أكون منهم ، فأن

يكون الشخص طبيبا ال يعني أنه ال يستطيع ممارسة هواياته أو االستمتاع بموهبته ، بشرط

أن الشخص ينظم وقته و يومه .. الطريقة التي أرى أعمالي بها ليست مجرد لوحة فنية تعلق ،

أريد أن أرى أعمالي تجمل االشياء في كل بيت . و أيضا، أن أساعد المجتمع في غرس األخالقيات واألفكار السليمة في أرواح االطفال و أتمنى أن تكون رسوماتي البسيطة صورة تعرفهم عن

أنفسهم أكثر .

I’d like to see Doctors who excel in their field and not forget that they can be creative in other things and hobbies as well. All what you have to do is to manage your time. The way I see my work is not only a painting to be hanged, but something that makes houses beautiful. I want to help the community as well in adapting manners and right thoughts in childrens’ souls. I hope my simple drawings give these kids a hint on what they are aand what kind of organs we have in our bodies.

I strated the social media thing by “Net Log” in 2012. I used to draw and share my drawings on it. After a while I moved to Facebook and left the Log because I noticed that lots of artists share and like that kind of art there as well. What makes me specil is that I put some of my soul, imagination and feelings in what I draw. To me drawing is not only a sketch. It is something that carries happiness and lots of meanings in its simple details.

I provide stickers with my fictional characters to kids mostly. The way I draw makes me add fun to science. This makes us see the beauty full of God’s miracles.

My advice to those who are new to social media is to use the right programs that serves your needs to present them to society the right way.

بدايتي كانت النت لوق في عام 2012 كنت أرسم وأشارك رسماتي عليه ، و مع األيام تركته وتوجهت للفيسبوك

لوجود أغلبية محبي هذا النوع من الرسم ، ولم أكتفي بذلك فقط بل شاركت بعد ذلك في مسابقات وفعاليات

كثيرة .. مثل الريدسي مول و الفالمنجو مول برسم شخصيات كرتونية واسم من أسماء اهلل بطريقة مميزة.

الذي يميزني أنني أضع بعضا من روحي ، خيالي و مشاعري

فيما أرسم فهو ليس مجرد جماد ، الرسم عبارة عن شيء

يحمل الكثير من المعاني حتى في

أبسط تفاصيله .

فأنا أقدم لهم منتجات ستيكرات بشخصياتي الخياليين . كما أضيف المتعة إلى العلم و التعلم ، فهذا يجعلنا نرى الجمال الغير مألوف، الجمال المليئ بمعجزات ودقة خلق

اهللعز وجل.

نصيحتي لكل من هو جديد في وسائل التواصل هي أن تستخدم البرنامج الذي يخدم متطلباتك وأن تقدم

المتعلقة بالفن. الرؤية الموضوعه لعالمتنا التجارية تركز على دعم الفنانين ورؤاهم الفنية

في مختلف المجاالت. فبشكل عام، نحن نركز على إعطاء هوية جديدة للفن من خالل عدم

االقتصار على الطرق التقليدية اللتي يعرض من خاللها الفن . مهمتنا هي عمل بصمة فنية في

األماكن اللتي يكون استخدام الفن فيها محدود او ال وجود له.

عبر المرحلة األولى »األثاث الفني« نحن نحاول الجمع بين الفن و األثاث من خالل تصميم قطع

اثاث فريدة تقدم الفن المختار بطريقة مليئة بالجاذبية. نحن نستخدم تقنيات جديدة ومواد

مختلفة لصنع أثاث يخطف األنفاس، تم تصميمة ليكون نقطة محورية في الغرفة.

فريقنا هو مزيج من الفنانين السعوديين والمصممين والمصنعين الذين يتطلعون إلى

المساهمة في تحسين سوق الفن السعودي. كما نقدم فرصة لكل فنان سعودي، مصمم،

Our project is about establishing a Saudi brand that adopts innovative concepts and ideas related to art. We focus on supporting artists and their artistic visions in various fields.

In general, we are focusing on giving a new identity to art by not limiting it to be displayed in its typical ways. Our mission is to make an artistic statement where art doesn’t exist or has limited use.

Via the first phase “ Artistic Furniture” we try to combine art with furniture by designing unique furniture pieces that present the selected art in the most appealing way. We use new techniques and various materials to make breathtaking accent furniture that is designed to be the focal point of the room.

Our team is a combination of Saudi artists, designers and manufacturers who are looking to contribute to improve the Saudi art market. We offer an opportunity to every Saudi artist, designer, creator or inventor to join our team and be part of our journey.

Currently “Artistic Furniture” or “ Accent Furniture” and very soon our services will involve many more creative and innovative ideas and products.

Saudi fashion designer running her fashion line and photography studio. She has a bachelor’s degree in fashion and textile from Princess Nourah University in Riyadh.

The passion began with me in 2006. Both my parents were talented designers and I followed suit with the dream to become an innovative and creative entrepreneur and fashion designer. I wanted to have my own name in the business and offer my own fashion designs.

I later on opened my own company which not only offers fashion lines but also workshops and courses in fashion design.

Fashion design is my passion in life and I can never grow tired or become bored of fashion design. I also design custom outfits according to my client’s desire and body type. I give every design my special attention because I view fashion design as an art form which needs to be expressed. I am very versatile in my designs as I offer looks from classy to punk.

I take my time in producing the final product as I explore and experiment with every opportunity I get.

I never finish a design without making sure my client and I are absolutely satisfied with every aspect of it. I continuously develop myself in my field and apply new knowledge to my designs. My advice to anyone who wants to start their own business:-Do what you love and be good at it-Overcome your fears and put a strategic plan to your business and start-Have members with successful attitudes in your team-The most important thing in business is integrity and communication with your clients-Control the negative obstacles that come your way and learn from them instead of letting them put you down-Build and widen your connections to become a successful businessperson.-Create new products and services-Marketing is paramount! You can use social media to market your products-You have to have a feasibility study of your project before implementing it-Presentation is key! Present your products and services in an attractive way-Connect with likeminded people and attend workshops and conferences in your field to broaden your knowledge-Be a good leader! Be confident and communicate with your team
