SHORT NOTI<;E INVITING TENDER

On behalf of the Governor of Tripura, the undersigned invites sealed rate quotation in the plain paper fromthe interestm:l, experienced and registered manutacfurer, Co-operative Societies/Lamps/PACS/bonafied supplier of Tripurafor supply of sports goods to Teliamura R. D. mock in favour of the BOO, Teliamura RD. Block as per the specificationsmentioned below towards implementation of PDF Scheme of Teliamura Panchayat SamitL The sealed Quotation shouldreach to the Office of the BOO Teliamura R.D. Block, Khowai Tripura latest by 11/02/2019 by 3 PM.

The sealed tender box under lock & key will be kept open for dropping of tender by the intending bidder in the officeof the undersigned from 02-02-2019 to 11-12-2019 from 10:0,0 am to 3:00 pm except Govt. holidays and the box will beopened on the last day Le 11-02-2019 at 4:00 pm, if possible in presence of the interested bidders who have participated inthe tender process. If the last date of tender dropping/ opening of tender is paralyzed due to any unforeseen reason, thenext working day will be the last date of droppingl opening of tender box.

The quality of articles should be in good condition. The intending bidder should quote the rate as prescribed formatgiven below along with copy of CRC/PRTC, PAN Card, GST Registration, tax clearance as evidence of valid bidder andpermanent resident of Tripura. Any incomplete tender will summarily be rejected.

Terms and Condition1. The Rate should be quoted in both figure and words inclusive of ail inevitable taxes including transportation cost,

service charge for supply the materials to Block HQ.2. The sealed cover envelop shall be superscripted by the expression "QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF SPORTS

GOODS TO TELlAMURA RD BLOCK".3. The sealed quotation in prescribed format as given below shall reacf to the 010 the Block Development Officer,

Teliamura RD Block, West, Tripura on or before 3:00 pm of 11-02-2019.4. The rate should be quoted strictly as per given specifications.5. The rate contract shall be valid upto 31-03-2019.6. The rate should be quoted strictly as per given specifications.7. The agency must be registered under GST. Copy of GST registration should be submitted. The agency must have

PAN linked bank account which is preferably AADHAR seeded. All these mandatory document should be invariablysubmitted which shall be checked for authenticity at the time of opening tender.

8. Materials must be supplied with delivery challan. '9. Supply of materials in full quantity should be completed within 7(seven) days from the date of receipt of supply

order or placing of supply order. In case, the quality of the said items supplied are found sub- standard I inferior,the supplier shall be liable to replace such' materials at their own cost.

10. The rates once approved shall not be increased for any reason whatsoever or under any circumstance during thecontract period.
