AC Battery Storage System

The Sola X AC Charger is a battery storage management unit which allows AC battery storage. There are significant benefits to using the AC side for battery storage, the main one being ease of compatibility for the wide range of renewable systems – our system will work with all single-phase systems and allow an expandable battery solution.

Simple Compatibility – the system functions regardless of the present set-up on the DC side. This means the system will work with all inverters, including Micro-inverters and Optimizers such as the Solar Edge. As long as the renewable technology is employed converts the energy it generates into AC electricity, it can work with the Sola X AC Charger.

Simple Power Usage -This system will always aim to minimize your property using power from the grid. If there is power in the battery, and the renewable source is not covering the house load, it will deploy power before calling on the grid. This is a huge improvement from a simple fill in the day and empty at night type of solution, as it means you can gain much higher savings from your battery capacity.

Simple Wi-Fi Monitoring – the SolaX AC Charger has inbuilt Wi-Fi unit which is simple to pair to the property router. A FREE to download APP is then used to monitor your system day and night in real time using the ‘X-Cloud’.
