• This invention will provide a new device that can produce emulsion fuel without the existence of sur factant namely Real-Time Non-Surfactant Emulsion Fuel Supply System or RTES. • Emulsion fuel is able to simultaneously reduce the formation of NOx and PM in a large extent and at the same time improving the combustion efficiency of the engine. • Despite its great impact to the environment and energy usage, emulsion fuel has a major weakness which is its stability issue. RTES encounter this problem by producing emulsion fuel in-line and supply directly into the diesel engine.
