TERMS AND CONDITIONS TAXES 5% VAT ExtraPAYMENT TERMS 50% Advance
With Work Order
50% Against material delivery on site. CUSTODY Once the
materials are available at your site the same will remain under
your
custody for safe and secure storage. JURISDICTION This offer is
subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.PRICE ESCALATION In the event of any
hike of raw material (Aluminum materials). Consumables,
labour charges or if govt. imposes any law/tax/duties, the same
will be charged extra at actual basis. This will remain applicable
till hand over of the structure
INTERVENTION You have to ensure that no intervention is made by
outsider/ unauthorized people during the currency of the work
EXCESS MATERIALS Excess materials, if any, found at site on
completion of the work, are to be taken back by us.
COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
On completion of erection and sheeting work by our erectors, a
completion certificate is to be issued to them.
VALIDITY Our offer is valid for 20 to 25 daysSPECIFICATION
CHANGES We reserve the right to change or modify the design as will
be developed by our
engineering team(if applicable) to suit the requirement as the
time of executing the contract /order
CANCELLATION OF ORDER The contract/order cannot be cancelled
unless our losses , if any APPROACH ROAD Approach road towards site
should be strong enough to carry the load of truck
with materials, otherwise carrying charges of materials up to
the site will be on your account
ORDER ACCEPTANCE All orders are subject to acceptance by our
administrative /contract department.CIVIL Work All civil work in
your scope.
