1. A two (2) cel l 960 gpm cooling tower located on the 12th f loor roof, wi l l provide condenser water for the primary condenser water loop to plate and frame heat exchanger.
2. Packaged water cooled DX air condit ioning units on each f loor wil l be provide between 15 to 30 tons per f loor, depending on the heat loads for each f loor. Interior zones wil l be conditioned with overhead variable air f low boxes (VAV).
S U P P L E M E N T A L C O O L I N GCapacity for supplemental units is included in the base building system should they be required.

1. A hot water heating plant wil l be provided for space heating.
2. The hot water boi lers shall be natural gas, high eff iciency, condensing water-tube type. Two (2) hot water condensing boilers wil l be provided to serve al l hot water heating loads and loop temperatures.
