Die Departement van Onderwys laat skole toe om
vanaf
21 Oktober 2020 sport te beoefen.
Geen kontak sport mag beoefen word nie.
The Department of Education has given schools permission
to start sport practice from 21 October 2020.
No contact practice is allowed.
Voorwaardes:
Sosiale distansie moet gehandhaaf word
Goeie higiëne (hande was ens.)
“Screening” en sanitering voor ingaan by
hek.
Geen fisiese kontak tussen atlete
Sanitering van implimente voor oefening
en daarna.
Geen deel van waterbottels,
energiedrankies of handdoeke,
implimente ens.
Neem van ‘n register van alle deelnemers
Dra van masker by aankoms en vertrek.
Conditions:
All social distancing and safety measures are to be
maintained.
Good hygiene (washing of hands etc)
Screening and sanitizing before entering the school
terrain.
No physical contact among participants.
Sanitizing equipment before and after exercises.
No sharing of water bottles, energy drinks, towels,
or equipment.
An attendance register must be kept of all
participants.
Athletes must wear masks when arrival and leaving
the field/ track.
PLAN
Atlete wat fiksheid, tegniek, krag, ritme
en spoed wil oefen word toegelaat.
Ons fokus op naellope en middelafstande.
Alle naellopers oefen tussen 15:00 en
16:00 – hulle “screening” is 14:45 tot
15:00 by hekkie by verspringputte.
Alle middelafstande vanaf 16:00 tot 17:00
– hulle “screening” is 15:45 tot 16:00 by
hekkie by verspringputte.
Geen laatkommers sal toegelaat word nie.
Geen ouers en toeskouers op terrein of
pawiljoen nie.
Na afloop van die oefening, verlaat almal
die terrein gelyktydig deur onderste hek
by verspringputte.
ANDER SPORTSOORTE , soos rugby,
netbal en hokkie mag in groepverband
oefen, maar geen kontak of balle ens nie!!
Ons konsentreer op fiksheid, krag en
spoed!
Dit geskied op A veld en B Rugbyveld.
Alle Covid protokolle moet gevolg word te
alle tye.
PLAN:
Athletes who wish to get fit, do strength training,
rhythm and speed will be able to train.
We will focus on sprints, middle and long distance
athletes.
Sprints practice 15:00 to 16:00 – screening is 14:45
to 16:00 at the gate at the long jump pits.
Middle and long distance athletes practice 16:00 to
17:00 – screening is from 15:45 to 16:00.
Late- comers will not be permitted.
No parents or spectators on terrain or pavilion.
After practice, all participants leave the terrain at
the gate next to long jump pits. (As a group)
OTHER SPORT CODES – rugby, netball and hockey
may practice as a team, but no contact, balls etc.
We concentrate on speed, power and fitness
exercises.
This will be on the A and B rugby fields.
All Covid protocols must be followed at all times.

Eksamenreëls en –reëlings Graad 8 – 11
Gehoorsaam te alle tye die skool se Covid-regulasies. Slegs skryfbehoeftes soos benodig vir `n vraestel word toegelaat in die eksamenlokaal. (Geen
pennesakkies of houers).
Geen selfone of SLIM-horlosies word in die lokaal toegelaat nie.
Geen leerling word toegelaat om die lokaal te verlaat VOOR die einde van die sessie nie.
Geen programmeerbare sakrekenaars of polshorlosies word in die lokaal toegelaat nie. Sakrekenaars mag nie in `n omhulsel wees nie. Geen sakrekenaars sal voorsien word deur die skool nie. Geen sakrekenaar of skryfbehoeftes sal in `n lokaal geleen word aan mekaar nie.
Leerlinge wat nie skoolreëls t.o.v. skooldrag en persoonlike voorkoms eerbiedig nie, sal gevra word om hom of haar netjies te kry en dan in die OORBLYWENDE tyd die eksamen te voltooi.
MAAK SEKER VAN JOU EKSAMENROOSTER – WANNEER SKRYF JY EN DIE TYD! Kontroleer mekaar om betyds te wees vir `n vraestel!
Slegs mediese of doodsertifikate van nabye familielede sal aanvaar word vir afwesigheid. Dit moet so gou moontlik by die skoolkantoor ingehandig word.
Leerders wat afwesig is (met die relevante dokumentasie) vir enige eksamen vraestel sal nie in aanmerking geneem word vir die jaarlikse prysuitdeling nie.
Wanneer jy laat of afwesig gaan wees vir `n vraestel, of `n ander probleem het, skakel die skoolkantoor 017-7122333 en laat weet asb.
Exam Rules and Regulations Grade 8 – 11
At all times, adhere to the school’s Covid-regulations. Only essential writing utensils will be allowed into the exam venue. No stationery bags or tins are
allowed.
No cell phones or SMART-watches are allowed in the exam venue. Pupils are allowed to leave the exam venue ONLY at the end of the session.
Neither programmable calculators and wrist watches, nor calculator covers are allowed in the exam venue. The school does not provide calculators! No calculators or stationery will be exchanged by learners in exam venue.
School rules regarding the dress code and personal appearance apply for the duration of the exams. Pupils who do not comply with these rules will be requested to dress appropriately and start their exams in the time REMAINING.
ENSURE THAT YOU ARE FULLY INFORMED ABOUT WHAT AND WHEN YOU WRITE EXAMS. Check with a friend to ensure that you know the dates and times of exams to be written.
Only sick notes from a medical doctor or death certificate of close family members will be accepted and it must be submitted as soon as possible to the school office.
Learners who are absent (with the relevant documentation) for any exam question paper will not qualify to receive awards at the annual prize giving ceremony.

Eksamenreëls en –reëlings Graad 12 / Grade 12
Gehoorsaam te alle tye die skool se Covid-regulasies. Onthou jou ID kaart en “exam admission letter”. Slegs skryfbehoeftes soos benodig vir `n vraestel word toegelaat in die eksamenlokaal. (Geen
pennesakkies of houers).
Geen selfone of SLIM-horlosies word in die lokaal toegelaat nie.
Geen leerling word toegelaat om die lokaal te verlaat VOOR die einde van die sessie nie.
Geen programmeerbare sakrekenaars of polshorlosies word in die lokaal toegelaat nie. Sakrekenaars mag nie in `n omhulsel wees nie. Geen sakrekenaars sal voorsien word deur die skool nie. Geen sakrekenaar sal in `n lokaal geleen word aan mekaar nie.
Leerlinge wat nie skoolreëls t.o.v. skooldrag en persoonlike voorkoms eerbiedig nie, sal gevra word om hom of haar netjies te kry en dan in die OORBLYWENDE tyd die eksamen te voltooi.
MAAK SEKER VAN JOU EKSAMENROOSTER – WANNEER SKRYF JY EN DIE TYD! Kontroleer mekaar om betyds te wees vir `n vraestel!
Slegs mediese of doodsertifikate van nabye familielede sal aanvaar word vir afwesigheid. Dit moet so gou moontlik by die skoolkantoor ingehandig word.
Wanneer jy laat of afwesig gaan wees vir `n vraestel, of `n ander probleem het, skakel die skoolkantoor 017-7122333 en laat weet asb.
Exam Rules and Regulations
At all times, adhere to the school’s Covid-regulations. Remember your ID card and exam admission letter. Only essential writing utensils will be allowed into the exam venue. No stationery bags or tins are
allowed.
No cell phones or SMART-watches are allowed in the exam venue. Pupils are allowed to leave the exam venue ONLY at the end of the session.
Neither programmable calculators and wrist watches, nor calculator covers are allowed in the exam venue. The school does not provide calculators! No calculators will be exchanged by learners in exam venue.
School rules regarding the dress code and personal appearance apply for the duration of the exams. Pupils who do not comply with these rules will be requested to dress appropriately and start their exams in the time REMAINING.
ENSURE THAT YOU ARE FULLY INFORMED ABOUT WHAT AND WHEN YOU WRITE EXAMS. Check with a friend to ensure that you know the dates and times of exams to be written.
Only sick notes from a medical doctor or death certificate of close family members will be accepted and it must be submitted as soon as possible to the school office.
