Cookout/Worship Full Tummy

This fall we will embark on a journey through the Bible together as an entire congregation. We will be participating in The Story. All sermons, Bible classes, and even some of our Life Groups will each week be studying the same section of the Bible.

EACH FAMILY WILL RECEIVE A COPY

OF “THE STORY” BIBLE TO USE IN

READING AT HOME WITH FAMILY.

The book called The Story is a best-selling abridged chronological Bible.

For people new to the Bible, this way of reading scripture reduces the intimidation one can feel when approaching the full-length unabridged Bible, and it gives them a holistic and sequential picture of the storyline of Scripture. For seasoned Bible veterans, the chronological arrangement of the essential texts reveals the way the whole Bible fits together in a single grand narrative.

Reading through The Story triggers interest and understanding, and drives people back to the original Bible texts for further exploration.

There will be a mandatory meeting on July 14 at 7PM for ALL teachers that will be participating in the Story. We will go over the material and talk about the format.

The Story

Coming to 7-Mile September 2015

TONIGHT!! We will enjoy a time

of fellowship, worship, and fun.

Will begin at 5:00 in the pavilion. We

will sing, share, and enjoy a cookout.

Missions Page Website

We now have our mission works uploaded to our website. Please go to http://www.7mpr.org/missions/ and read the amazing stories happening all over the planet.

Here is an excerpt from one of the newsletters: “…while we were fasting, a woman named Pattu was brought to us for prayer. She had been affected be demonic influences, and was suffering physically. We shared the Gospel with her and prayed for God to deliver her. As we prayed for her, an evil spirit left her and she was delivered. The name of God was exalted and Pattu came to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation. Praise the Lord!” –J. Rajaiah (Unreached Villages)

Sympathy We express our sympathy to Tom Amerson in the death of his sister Virginia Adkins. Her funeral was on Friday. Please pray for her family.
