Forgotten screen lock.

If you've forgotten your screen unlock pattern, you'll have five attempts to try and unlock your phone. If this fails, you can unlock your phone using these steps:

1. On the unlock screen, enter your unlock pattern2. After five attempts you'll be asked to wait for 30 seconds, tap OK3. If your phone display goes off, tap the power button and unlock your screen4. Tap Forgot pattern? If you haven't set up a Google account you won't get

this option, instead you'll need to reset your phone. You can find out how to do this below

5. Enter the username and password of your Google account, tap Sign in6. You'll be asked to create a new screen unlock pattern. If you don't want one,

tap Cancel

If you need to reset your phone:

1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the Volume up button the Power button for a few seconds until you see the reset interface

2. Select Wipe data/Factory reset using the Volume buttons. Press the Home button to confirm

3. Select Yes - Delete all user data and press Home button to confirm again4. Select Reboot system now, and then press the Home button

The reset will now be complete.

Note: Resetting your phone will clear all the data stored on your phone, data that's stored on your SIM is safe.
