8 PM ^ J Republican National Convention With delegates and alternate delegates totaling just under 6,000 — not to mention an estimated 15,000 media members as well — the GOP is destined to have a very full house for this second of four nights of its gather-ing at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena. Of the broadcast networks covering it, PBS is slated to offer the most hours of coverage. ABC, CBS and NBC each will provide a scheduled one-hour report as the evening’s events near their end.
