In honor of Earth Day (April 22), St. Mark’s Youth decided that their April Mission project would benefit the Earth…and us all! Every Sunday during April, the youth will be collecting plastic grocery bags. These bags cannot be recycled in your curbside recycling, so we would love to help you (and the Earth!) out. Please bring your empty plastic grocery bags to church in April, and leave them in the designated collection bin in the courtyard. The Youth Council will then take these to be recycled. Thank you!
The Open Minds Book Discussion Group will meet next on Friday, April 26 at 9:30 in the library. We’ll be discussing the Accidental Saints by Nadia Bolz-Weber and Fierce by Alice Connor.
A Matter of Balance! New class starting at St. Mark’s April 29 thru May 20th, Monday and Wednesday’s 9:00-11:00am. Please call PCOA to register 520-305-3410. Are you considering membership at St. Mark’s? Would you simply like to know more about this terrific church? “Membership 101” will take place on Sunday, May 5th from 12:30 – 2:00 PM in our church library. Register on-line or call the church office. Childcare provided on request.
