Dear Representative Ryan:

The controversy between you and former governor Sarah Palin reminds me the budget you propose is fraudulent and treasonous. Mrs. Palin accurately stated “The latest Ryan budget is not an April fool’s joke. But it really is a joke because it is still not seeing the problem; it still is not proposing reining in wasteful government overspending.”

Sadly, Mr. Palin failed to mention your Aspen Institute Credentials. They mirror the ideological dogma generated by the Frankfurt School am Main. This is tied to the Progressive Income Tax advocated in in Chapter II, Proletarians and Communists 1 that you have no problems with. This too violates your oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, says “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

General Welfare Powers Common Defense Powers2. Borrow money 10. Define and Punish Piracies and

felonies1 1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. 2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. 3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance. 4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. 5. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. 6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State. 7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; (GM)the bring-ing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.(Agenda 21) 8. Equal liability of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agricul-ture. 9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country. 10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. (Communist Core)

3.Regulate Commerce 11. Declare War4.Establish rules of naturaliza-tion and laws of bankruptcies

12. Raise and support Armies

5. Coin Money 13. Provide and maintain Navy6. Punish Counterfeiting 14.Make Rules for Naval and Land

Forces7. Establish Post Offices and Postal Roads

15. Call forth the Militia to execute law, suppress insurrections, and repel inva-sions

8. Promote science and useful art by protecting exclusive right.

16. Organize, Arm and discipline the Militia

9. Constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme court17. Control land for limited pur-

poses18. Make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing powers .”

The baseline budgeting you advocate supports and advances a diabolically deceptive racket that guarantees billions more is spent every year by federal agencies automatically. If Congress does nothing, the budget increases. If Congress, under duress, enacts "draconian cuts," the budget still increases but at a slightly lower rate.

When juxtaposed to “Zero based budgeting” that requires

Approval of every line item in the budget Congress to justify the need for each program and the funds it receives. Freezing, and actually reducing government spending. Approval of every item in the budget, not just the changes to last year’s

budget. Congress to justify spending increases taking away its ability to hide behind

automatic increases in the budget baseline. Congress to fund what the country needs as opposed to funding every relic

on the books from decades ago.

The fraud and treason foisted and perpetuated on the American people is apparent. Mrs. Palin’s assertion that

“This is the definition of insanity. Do we still not understand how dangerous it is to allow government to grow unchecked as we shackle ourselves with massive debt — a good portion of which is held by foreign nations who don’t necessarily like us? If we can’t balance the budget today, what on earth makes us think it will happen at some future date? The solution is staring us in the face. We need to rein in spending today, and don’t tell me there is nothing to cut when we know every omnibus bill is loaded with pork and kickbacks.”

Is politically and partially correct.

I believe you fully understand how dangerous it is to allow government to grow unchecked. Your agenda and budget fosters the elements that Clausewitz referred to in his book “On War.” It orchestrates society’s destruction from within by

Shaping the truth (government controls the media) Shaping the political philosophy (Marxism is inimical to the Constitution) Shaping future generations by controlling education and the schools. Shaping the economy with spend, spend, spend and tax, tax, tax

Your budget is inimical to liberty. No freedom loving politician should vote for it. You should be tarred, feathered, and run out of Washington for submitting it.

Yours in the Bill of Rights,

Roy G. Callahan Member, Florida Oath Keepers/John Birch Society
