3M™ CNG Tanks are designed to provide improved capacity and reduced weight in the compressed

natural gas vehicle fuel system. 3M™ CNG Tanks are Type IV tanks featuring 3M™ Matrix Resin,

an exclusive, enhanced epoxy resin that provides improved strength and durability over

conventional Type IV CNG Tanks. The tanks are designed for a service

pressure of 3600 psi (at 70°F) for

applications ranging from automobiles

to light, medium and heavy duty trucks

and buses. All tanks meet the

requirements of ANSI NGV 2-2007 and

US DOT MVSS 304 standards.
