High-Speed Wireless ConnectivityThe ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Routerprovides a high-speed, 54 Mbps wirelessconnection for users with 802.11g-equipped PCs and laptops. It is alsobackward-compatible with 802.11b wire-less LAN equipment, preserving existingnetwork investments. Wi-Fi compatible,

the 11g router interoperates with other Wi-Fi products. Support of WirelessDistribution System (WDS) makes setup ofan entended or completely wirelessnetwork simple (requires wireless accesspoints that support WDS).

Advanced SecurityAdvanced wireless security and multiplefirewall features offer the highest levels ofprotection for the network. To shield wire-less connections, the ADSL Wireless 11gFirewall Router implements 256-bit WPAencryption for maximum security, alongwith 40/64- & 128-bit WEP encryption for legacy clients. A stateful packet inspec-tion firewall, hacker pattern detection,URL filtering, support for the 3ComContent Filter service and other securityfeatures help protect the entire networkfrom attacks and other Internet securityrisks.
