History• Lundby parish became Swedish in the 13th century
together with Tuve parish. The rest of the island remained Norwegian for another 400 years
• At the end of the 18th century Lundby was divided into 19 farms
• There were also a number of cottages for craftsmen, boatswains and farm workers in the parish
• Lundby became a part of Göteborg in 1906
