Welcome to 25 years ENDOCLUBNORD!

What are the latest cutting-edge technologies and innovations? What old ways of doing things will be redundant in future? Just like every year, you can find out the answers to these questions at ENDOCLUBNORD, which reveals the current state of the art in the light of clinical practice! Gripping live demonstrations from the three participating Hamburg hospitals – Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf, Asklepios Klinik Barmbek and Asklepios Klinik Altona – are the centrepiece of the event.

For the first time, the successor of ECN founder Friedrich Hagenmüller, is joining the organising team. Supported by renowned international experts, we aim to showcase the standards and highlights of modern endoscopy – and also think a little about what the future may hold.

We look forward to seeing you again on November 4 and 5, 2016 in Hamburg, Germany’s capital of endoscopy.

Contraindications: known hypersensitivity to salicylates or any of the excipients, severe impairment of hepatic or renal function. Pregnancy and lactation: risk-benefit ratio. Additionally for Salofalk® Enemas and Rectal Foam: not to be used in case of sensitive patients (especially for known asthmatics or allergic anamnesis) due to the content of metabisulphite or sodium benzoate. Side effects: headaches, dizziness, peripheral neuropathy, abdominal pain, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, impairment of renal function including acute and chronic interstitial nephritis and renal insufficiency. Hypersensitivity reactions such as allergic exanthema, drug fever, pancolitis, lupus erythematosus syndrome, allergic and fibrotic lung reactions (including dyspno-ea, cough, bronchospasm, alveolitis, pulmonary eosinophilia, lung infiltration, pneumonitis), peri- and myocarditis, acute pancreatitis, myalgia, arthralgia, altered blood counts (aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia, neutropenia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia), changes in liver function parameters (increase in transaminases and parameters of cholestasis), hepatitis, cholestatic hepatitis, alopecia, oligospermia (rever- sible). Additionally for Salofalk® 1g Rectal Foam: abdominal distension, anal discomfort, application site irritation, painful rectal tenesmus. Salofalk® 1g Supp.: constipation. Zugelassen nach konventioneller Therapieoder Anti-TNF-Therapie 1

WIRKTDARMSELEKTIV

Entyvio® 300 mg, Pulver für ein Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung Wirkstoff: Vedolizumab. Zusammensetzung: Arzneilich wirksamer Bestandteil: Jede Durchstechflasche enthält 300 mg Vedolizumab; nach Rekonstitution enthält 1 ml Infusionslösung 60 mg Vedolizumab. Sonstige Bestandteile: L-Histidin, L-Histidin-Monohydrochlorid, L-Arginin-Hydrochlorid, Saccharose, Polysorbat 80. Anwendungsgebiete: Colitis ulcerosa: Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit mittelschwerer bis schwereraktiver Colitis ulcerosa, die entweder auf konventionelle Therapie oder einen der Tumornekrosefaktor-alpha (TNFα)-Antagonisten unzureichend angesprochen haben, nicht mehr darauf ansprechen oder eine Unver-träglichkeit gegen eine entsprechende Behandlung aufweisen. Morbus Crohn: Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit mittelschwerem bis schwerem aktiven Morbus Crohn, die entweder auf konventionelle Therapieoder einen der Tumornekrosefaktor-alpha (TNFα)-Antagonisten unzureichend angesprochen haben, nicht mehr darauf ansprechen oder eine Unverträglichkeit gegen eine entsprechende Behandlung aufweisen. Gegenanzeigen: Überempfindlichkeit gegen den Wirkstoff oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile. Aktive schwere Infektionen wie Tuberkulose, Sepsis, Cytomegalievirus, Listeriose und opportunistische Infektionen, wiez. B. progressive multifokale Leuko-enzephalopathie (PML) (siehe Abschnitt 4.4 Fachinformation). Nebenwirkungen: Sehr häufig: Nasopharyngitis, Kopfschmerzen, Arthralgie; Häufig: Bronchitis, Gastroenteritis, Infektionender oberen Atemwege, Grippe, Sinusitis, Pharyngitis, Parästhesie, Hypertonie, oropharyngeale Schmerzen, verstopfte Nase, Husten, anale Abszesse, Analfissur, Übelkeit, Verdauungsstörungen, Verstopfung, aufgeblähterBauch, Blähungen, Hämorrhoiden, Hautausschlag, Juckreiz, Ekzem, Erythem, Nachtschweiß, Akne, Muskelkrämpfe, Ruckenschmerzen, Muskelschwäche, Mudigkeit, Schmerzen in den Extre-mitäten, Fieber; Gelegentlich:Infektion der Atemwege, Vulvovaginalkandidose, Mundsoor, Follikulitis, Reizungen an der Infusionsstelle (einschl.: Schmerzen und Reizungen an der Einstichstelle), infusionsbedingte Reaktionen, Schuttelfrost, Kältegefuhl.Bei einem Patienten mit Morbus Crohn wurde während der 2. Infusion ein schwerwiegendes unerwunschtes IR-Ereignis berichtet (die berichteten Symptome waren Dyspnoe, Bronchospasmus, Urtikaria, Hitzewallungen,Hautausschlag und erhöhter Blutdruck und Herzfrequenz), das mit Absetzen der Infusion und Behandlung mit Antihistaminika und intravenös verabreichtem Hydrocortison erfolgreich behandelt wurde. Infektionen: In kontroll. Studien und der Open-Label-Fortsetzungsstudie mit Vedolizumab bei Erwachsenen wurden schwerwiegende Infektionen wie Tuberkulose, Sepsis (einige mit tödlichem Ausgang), Salmonellen-Sepsis, Liste-rien-Meningitis und Cytomegalievirus-Colitis berichtet. Malignität: Bisherige Ergebnisse aus dem klinischen Programm lassen nicht auf ein erhöhtes Risiko fur maligne Erkrankungen schließen, jedoch war das Auftretenvon Krebserkrankungen gering und die langfristige Exposition war begrenzt. CORTIMENT®MMX® 9 mg RetardtablettenWirkstoff: Budesonid. Zusammensetzung: Eine Retardtablette enthält 9 mg Budesonid. Sonstige Bestandtei-le: Tablettenkern: Stearinsäure, (3-sn-Phosphatidyl)cholin (Soja), Mikrokristalline Cellulose, Hyprolose, Lactose-Monohydrat, Siliciumdioxid-Hydrat, Magnesiumstearat (Ph. Eur.) [pfl anzlich]. Tablettenüberzug: Methacrylsäure-Methylmethacrylat-Copolymer (1:1) (Ph. Eur.), Methacrylsäure-Methylmethacrylat-Copolymer (1:2) (Ph. Eur.), Talkum, Titandioxid, Triethylcitrat. Anwendungsgebiete: Einleitung der Remission bei erwachsenen Patienten mit leichter bis mäßig schwerer Colitis ulcerosa, wenn die Behandlung mit 5-ASA nicht ausreicht. Gegenanzeigen: Überempfi ndlichkeit gegen Budesonid, Soja, Erdnuss oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile; Kinder. Vorsicht bei Infektionen, Bluthochdruck, Diabetes mellitus, Osteoporose, peptischem Ulkus, Glaukom, Katarakt, Diabetes melli-tus oder Glaukom in der Familienanamnese, bei eingeschränkter Leberfunktion, hereditärer Galactose-Intole-ranz, Lactase-Mangel, Glucose-Galactose-Malabsorption, Windpocken, Masern, bestehenden oder früheren schweren Affektstörungen oder wenn Verwandte ersten Grades ein solches Krankheitsbild zeigen. Gleichzeitige Anwendung von Ketoconazol oder anderen potenten CYP3A4-Inhibitoren sowie der regelmäßige Verzehr von Grapefruits oder Grapefruitsaft sollte vermieden werden. Dosierung und weitere Hinweise: siehe Fachinforma-tion. Nebenwirkungen: Häufi g (≥ 1/100 bis < 1/10): Übelkeit, Oberbauchschmerzen, Kopfschmerzen, Insomnie, Stimmungsveränderungen, Abnahme der Cortisolspiegel im Blut, Infl uenza, Virusinfektion der oberen Atemwege. Gelegentlich (≥ 1/1000 bis < 1/100): aufgeblähter Bauch, Abdominalschmerzen, Diarrhö, Dyspepsie, Somno-lenz, Akne, fehlende Arzneimittelwirkung, Schmerzen in den Extremitäten, Cushing-Syndrom, Anämie.
